    Poor hotel, bad management

    Room is spacious and has nice furniture. Unfortunately the room is not maintained. The sheets are stained, the duvet cover was dirty with bodily fluids dried on. I informed the front desk but did not receive fresh linens. The room was facing the street and traffic is very loud. Bathroom is small and awkward. Shower was not hot but lukewarm at best. If you flush the toilet it sprays toilet water everywhere. The front desk staff insists that you leave your key when you leave. When I told the front desk staff that I was expecting visitors another man flew into the lobby and was quite rude in stating that this is not allowed. I explained the visitor was coming for business purposes and I would be happy to leave the door to my room open while we talked but they still refused. They based this decision on a poorly spelled paper sign which they claim is their hotel policy. When I booked the hotel online there was no mention of this policy. Instead I had to meet in the lobby which was incredibly hot and crawling with flies and mice. What a poor impression this left on me and the local visitor and his family! The hotel has a lift, but you have to climb steps to get to it. Also, the door to the lift doesn't close automatically, so it was often stuck on another floor and was not available for use. The Wi-Fi in the hotel did not work. It allows you to connect to a router but there is no internet connection. The staff failed to understand the difference.     Even though we had a booking few days ago for this hotel for our short and sudden visit to the city, they had a lots of funny queries, of our booking finally they showed us a room available, I never imagined ! No one would like to stay there room no 501, when we refused to take that, they finally helped us get in another near by hotel, I feel they should have trained staff for reception and bookings... More

    Nice transit hotel from Ahmedabad airport

    I was traveling with my elderly mother to London. We needed rest before boarding flight via Mumbai. I had to travel 4 hours by car to Ahmedabad from bhavnagar. I found this hotel suitable to rest with good large rooms, helpful staff. Owner Mr Mohsinbhai Verteji was very helpful in arranging a nice quiet room with morning tea at 4 AM. It's a nice hotel for visit to Ahmedabad at reasonable prices.... More

    I stay with friends at this hotel for one night. It was nice hotel with good room. Room was large enough for couple stay. Nice service from hotel staff. One plus point is that location. From here river front was only on walking distance. So you can also took benefit of it.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 AM and the standard check-out time is 12 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
