    The hotel is good and the location is even better. Food offered is fine and room service is also good. Cleanliness is an area of improvement. I found stain marks on bedsheets ( though it was changed on request). Washrooms too had stains on toilet seat. Other than that everything else is satisfactory. 7 out of 10 according to me. ... More

    This is unelectable from the hotel as I did the booking 2 days prior and the booking was confirmed, I came to the hotel and about to pay they denied for giving us room they told me that couples are allowed but couples from different religions are not allowed I don't know what kind of condition this is.....     This hotel is perfect. Clean and stylish rooms to a good price. Super friendly staff that helps you with everything. Breakfast is included with 6-7 items to choose between.     One of the worst places I've stayed

    I've recently stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and we were all taken aback by the staff's complete lack of professionalism. We booked triple rooms but were given double rooms instead and had to argue for extra beds... which we received after waiting for more than an hour and insisting several time. Staff speaks very limited English, and constantly tries to rip you off. They make you pay then get back to you asking for more money, even though you already agreed on the amount. I was also randomly asked for money as deposit when I left early morning for an excursion even though my luggage was still in my room. It seemed quite shady. Wifi is poor and barely works in the lobby, let alone in the rooms. Rooms are filthy and dusty - my room still had food leftovers from previous guests, and toilet did not work. There was also no hot water. The area around the hotel is pretty average - close to the train station, but limited dining options. I would recommend overall to stay elsewhere.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
