    terrible avoid like the plaque

    awful hotel, it is more like a hostel. to start with i asked if they did a pick up from the airport which they said they would and also for a driver to show us the sights of mumbai, it was all arranged and price agreed . arriving at mumbai no taxi was waiting so i called and was told it was better to arrange my own taxi, well if they had said they couldnt pick us up it would have been no problem. we arrive at the hotel which is in the worst dirtiest , shabby and seedy area, to find out they hadnt arranged a driver for us , so had to start looking for a driver which eventually they reception staff did get us. the hotel room was small not very clean with mildew over the walls. loud indian music played on and on for hours in the next room and we had a early morning flight the next morning.we asked for an early morning call and help with the luggage down 2 flights of very dangerous stairs and a taxi to the airport, none of these requests were met , the staff were all asleep in the reception area, worst hotel iv ever stayed in do so at your own risk...     Biggest mistake in my hotel selection till date. Please avoid this hotel.

    Stinky dirty and suffocating room (111) and Noisy room (106). I have never stayed in such a dirty place in my life. At the time of arrival I made the full payment for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When I reached the hotel, the first appearance gave me some doubts but since we reached late and after a very heavy traffic jam, we were tired and did not think much and took the rooms. No towels given. Kept on asking till 12:00 midnight but no service given. In morning they came up with some excuses of short staff. I was frustrated and finally asked to cancel the second night and refund. After a lot of negotiations, they deducted Rs 1500 Per night per room and refunded us the rest of the money for 1 night. Only positive thing I saw was that staff was polite and did not reacted badly when I was bit hard on the poor services offered. They apologised for the poor service offered as well.... More

    This hotel is close to the road, airport, find free parking easily, good spacious rooms for less than 30 USD.Room equivalent to motel 6 rooms in US. Staff is friendly, excellent wifi internet.I could not believe to get room at a reasonable price and everything went well, close to the airport. Current they do not have access to pay by credit card at the counter, you can get it only of you book online. Room service at a reasonable price. The area around is not that great , but it is safe. Westerners you can stay here. Expect much better facility than a motel in US with complementary breakfast.Make sure of what you order food and what you get. They have rooms for 3 as well for less than 30 USD.... More

    One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Booked via Oyo Small rooms, poor service, issues with ac and water connectivity, no maintenance. Worst thing about the hotel is the locality. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
