    I booked this hotel through OYO and got a good deal. Just spent a few hours there. Location was good. Some nice restaurants around and EA mall is near by. Room was clean but the TV remote and the telephone were not working :( unfortunately. I didn't take the pain of going down to the reception to complain since all i needed was to spend a few hours sleeping. Won't recommend this hotel unless you are in a very tight budget.... More

    Room was small but tidy. Lots of Mosquitoes were there. There was a confusion over breakfast inclusion in itenary. Not reccommended for visit with families. But ok for a single visitor for not more than single day stay.... More

    Worth paying a little extra

    I stayed for two nights at the Hotel Comfort and felt it was definitely worth paying a little extra for the stay compared to other hotels in the area. I paid 1425 rupees per night for a single room that was spacious and well-furnished. The room had a very comfortable double bed with three large, soft pillows which ensured that I slept very well. I had a choice of a fan or air-con plus a large flat-screen tv with multi-channel cable options. The room also had two chairs and two desks. The large bathroom had a shower but had cold water only, although this wasn't a problem when the lowest temperature was 25 degrees even in January. The hotel has a restaurant and a travel desk that organised a taxi to the airport for me for 650 rupees. My only complaint is that the tiny lift is claustrophobic and should be avoided. The location adds something more to the hotel too being on the corner of Triplicane High Road, making it easy to find and close to numerous restaurants.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
