    The best part about this hotel is obviously its location. The rooms are spacious, there was central heating, hot water in the tap all the time and that made you feel very comfortable the moment you reach your room after travelling on the winding roads.     We booked for 2 nights at this hotel after reading the reviews on trip advisor. As far as location is concerned it is in the centre with a lift to the mall. The reception staffs attitude and behaviour is awful and they are not all helpful. Eventhough we booked for 2 night stay we vacated next day and moved to another hotel nearby and due to various issues the reception staff didn't bother to sort. Defintely this is not a 3 star hotel as mentioned everywhere. The reception staffs attitude and behaviour to the guests needs to change and shouldn't lie to the guests when asking for help. Rooms are big, restaurent good and location is great. The rooms are so cold and won't survive without an heater. The bedding is old and rough and has seen good days. The electrical points in the room is defintely an health and safety hazard/issue and I wouldn't be surprised if a major incident occur in the room with electrical shock. ... More

    THE BEST LOCATION IN THE TOWN

    A very nice property bang on the most sought after tourist place, The Mall, in Shimla, the Queen of Hills. The best thing about this property is Location, Location and Location. This property has got its own private lift to take you to this hotel and also to take you to the Mall, saving your time, money and effort to go through the Government Tourist Department lift to reach the Mall. If you are driving, Valet parking is provided free but the parking is paid. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable providing you nice view of the valley in front, some rooms are provided with balconies also. The staff is polite and courteous, providing service with smile. The House Keeping Service was very prompt. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Rana takes personal interest in making your stay comfortable. There were some minor issues with our room which were promptly taken care of by Mr. Rana. The complimentary breakfast was fairly good and tasty. The F & B Manager, Mr. Chouhan and his staff was taking good care of all our requirements. They have very nice restaurant called ‘Café Sol’ on 8th floor with opening to the Mall. This restaurant offers very nice, tasty and well presented Continental cuisine (other cuisine also served). The food is prepared in a modern, very neat and clean open kitchen. Popular tourist attractions, such as, Town Hall, Gaiety Theater, Scandal Point, The Ridge, Church etc are within walking distance of this property. Overview

Located in the shopping hub of the Mall area this budget accommodation houses 40 luxury rooms that is maintained with 24 hour room service. It has Seventh Heaven, a multi-cuisine restaurant and Cuisine Terrace that serves Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisines. It also presents a recreational opportunity in the garden space which has barbeque and beer sessions along with sun bathing facilities.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
