    Stayed two nights 26 Oct and 03 Nov 2017, in transit from IGI airport. Booked through Expedia to include transfers from IGI, late checkout and breakfast. Very pleased with our choice. Professionally run hotel not far from IGI with everything such as lifts, air conditioning, smart TV, hot water working. Although in a crowded area the hotel was peaceful. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and we saw locals having lunch and dinner in the restaurant with us which was proof of good food at reasonable prices. Driver waited for us on arrival with name board on both occasions despite me not having an Indian mobile phone. On the first drop off a 'Tourist' taxi arranged by the hotel charged IRs 150 as a drop of fee. When I mentioned this to the hotel they said that the driver should not have made that charge and on the second drop off the driver did not even wait for my customary IRs 100 tip! Well done hotel. Booking through Expedia I did not incur currency conversion charges and credit card fees and got the backing of a UK company.... More

    Disappointment. Hotel was nowhere close to being 4-star.

    We have booked this hotel as we saw that it is rated as a 4-star hotel near the airport. This was so deceiving it was probably a 1.5 - 2 star and nowhere close to being a 4-star hotel. I mean if I had read it as 2-star and got the service that I received, then I will not have much comment to it. Cleanliness: The floor felt dusty. We initially thought that it was our feet but after washing our dirty feet, the subsequent visits to the toilet still left the same dirt on the floor. So every visit to the toilet required thorough cleaning of our feet as well. Amenities: Lack of amenities. We booked for 3 pax but for both nights, we were given enough for 1-2 only. We had to keep calling the housekeeper to asked for more toothbrushes, then towels, then wifi and etc. Room condition: It was winter and the room was sssoooo cold. There was no heater in the room and the floor was just plain cold. We were technically freezing in the room and had to wear our winter jackets to keep ourselves warm.... More

    The HOTEL CLASSIC DIPLOMAT is very welcoming from the start and throughout my stay. The hospitality of the friendly and helpful all professional. The room was lovely. Clean crisp sheets on a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast was good fresh food, coffee was great. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing and a great value for the price. Especially I want to mention Chief cook of the hotel Gaje Singh Bisht, He is wonderful, amazing person, he could prepare whatever you want, I was surprised that he well speaks Russian and of course English, I guess not only.     Pros- 1. Very near to IGI airport. 2. Easily detectable as its on Jaipur express highway Cons- 1.Staff behaviour average 2. Hot water not available round the clock.Everytime u have to ask the staff to start hot water. 3.Dinner place is full of alcoholic smell 4. Room windows have no grills. U just alide the glass any one can enter the room without much effort. So be careful. Overall not recommended... More

Situated at a distance of 3 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Hotel Classic diplomat features an in-house multicuisine restaurant which serves delicacies from cuisines around the world. The hotel is situated at a distance of 15 km away from India Gate and 13 km away from Rashtrapati Bhavan. The hotel accomodates 87 spacious rooms, well-ventilated and equipped with all the essential conveniences which include air-conditioner, LCD TV and Wi-Fi internet. Patrons have the choice of choosing the rooms from 3 types? Standard, Deluxe Premium and Suite Room.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 01 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
