    I stayed before that but the quality of service is little improved, but the rooms and the breakfast, still have no improvement. Located near Nehru place paras cinema and metro station. If you talk about food quality, its average. Guys needs lots of improvement required.... More

    I have never had such bad experience of any hotel.uFirst let me tell yo I am kind of adjusting person. So we had to take this hotel since we wanted something near Vaishali metro and our go-to(country nn) had no rooms. Here let me tell you again I know cannot be considered in competition but I need you to know that because these bloody are also charging 1800 bucks from you because of location. So, we got confuse with the name "Clark Inn" and booked this hotel. Hotel looked like an old building which has scope of improvement.Person at reception was so dull and took at least 10 minutes in check in. I needed to attend nature call, but owner who was sitting in Lounge area told me that washrooms in lobby are going through some renovation so please use one of ur room. Okay but Not okay. That means I cannot call any friend of min to meet me. Now we reached to second floor, And one elevator was out of service. Room and corridor looked ok-ok.but ac was not working and washroom was smelling. when we called house keeping, they sent a boy who did something with ac remote and told us this hotel is centralised ac. it will take ten minutes to get compressor on and then he sprayed some room freshner in washroom. we waited 10 minutes, ac was still not working and left the room to go nearby mall with ac on. came back after 2 hrs, noticed ac was still not working. Reception guy helped us to change our room. And that was a deluxe room but this my friend was worst. Chirped wall papers, foul smell, leaking sealing, smell of smoking, creaky windows, cockroaches, no partition in washroom. Had to leave early in morning so managed to sleep with cockroaches' sound.     I stayed in Room No. 203 from 21st to 24th September, 2018 in this hotel. This hotel is just 50 steps walk from Nehru Enclave metro station which is very convenient feature. My room was spotlessly clean and all the amenities were excellent and in place. Food quality and quantity is very good and room service is prompt. Check in and check out was smooth and did not take more than two minutes. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Delhi.... More

    Clarks is right off of 95. The rooms are decorated in a homey country style, with crisp bedding. The restaurant/bar/gift shop are in the next building. We always eat at the bar. The food is always good - the fried chicken is the best!!!!! Breakfast is included with an overnight stay. They provide a choice of 3 or 4 breakfasts, with coffee & juice delivered to your table.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
