    We used to stay here regularly two years ago because it was close to our workplace. However when we returned this June, it was terrible. Earlier, they had a plush ground floor lobby and very friendly staff. This time around, there was a dingy reception, no free breakfast and the worst thing was the unbearable smell in the bathroom. When we complained several times, they said that we had to keep the tap open. The issue was that the sewage tended to come up under the drain so they thought that the fresh water would flush it out. Bizarre, to say the least. We changed our room twice to resolve this issue. The last room had a milder smell, but it was still there. The wifi didn't work. They tried to help us but this sort of an issue is really a no no! I won't go back.... More

    Old, dirty and scary

    We had a terrible experience in this hotel; we have arrived at 6am - hotel was closed and security guard who was supposed to guard the place was sleeping. Once he waked up we were able to enter...Lobby was dark with some people sleeping in it..bizarre. Check-in was Indian style you write your information in a big book, I guess this is how we do in India. Room was big; the staff mention to me that was a suite...best room available...imagine the others. For starters we had a electrical issue in our room after 15 min in; rom was over 110 degrees...I was able to call lobby for help, they came to fix in the most informal way possible...tape and a lot of effort. Shower was not hot all times, room was not clean...and hotel was terrible maintained. Honestly you ca do better...keep looking, I do not recommend.... More

    Stayed here for one night whilst on a trip to the Taj Mahal. We arrived late and night, we had a room for three people booked but they weren't ready for us! The first room they took us to wasn't great. The second was better but still not great. A third bed was eventually set up for us. If you are a light sleeper this is definitely not a good place for you to stay, constant beeping through out the night. We ate here although we wouldn't have chosen to. The traffic, etc going on outside made is feel too uncomfortable to go out alone. The food was reasonable and none of us had upset stomachs the next day. Would definitely not stay here again. ...     This hotel was untidy and dirty. There was mould growing in the shower. The staff were not very helpful. The AC leaked water onto my bed overnight so I needed to sleep on the edge of the bed. when this was reported to the manager / owner she was not very helpful. It is very noisy I would never stay here again.... More

Hotel Clark Heights in New Delhi, located at Patelnager which is just one-half km away from the largest shopping arcade of Asia, Karolbagh. A total of 32 luxuriously appointed deluxe and super deluxe rooms are available for accommodation. Corporate travelers can organize official events in the fully equipped conference centre with facilities capable of accommodating over a 100 people. There is also a meeting room for 22-25 persons in U shape with tea/coffee/cookies and special multi-cuisine buffet lunch.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 01 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
