    clean room, great breakfast and excellent staff. we were there on Dec 30 and Dec 31 when there was school kids came for trip and they were loud and distrubed us during night by knocking door at 1 am.!! I think managment needs to work on splitting floors when this kind of student came to stay. Even though hotel was full when students from Punjab where there, they provided excellent breakfast....     We stayed here for 26 Jan - 28 Jan 2018. It is an amazing stay here. Away from hustle and bustle. Rooms were amazingly clean. Their service is amazing. Staff is very helpful. I know this is a new hotel but still very clean. Breakfast is included. Very tasty breakfast with many options to eat. We had the only dinner on 26th Jan as they offered discounted buffet @ 550/person otherwise it's @ 950/person. I would say buffet price is at the costlier side on regular days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.... More

    One of the finest modern hotels available in the area, complimented with amazing service. We stayed in a group of 20 and the staff was delighted to accommodate us. The food was exceptional with a reasonable price. The rooms were well and newly furnished with lavish features such as large rooms, room service was happy to help you and everything could be found.     We planned to celebrate the New Year in a group of family and accordingly 10 rooms were booked which included Gala Dinner and Break fast.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
