    I booked this hotel for 2 nights 2 rooms on the recommendation of some friend on 21st November check in but on our way to Shimla We met with an car accident and rushed to the hospital and could not check into the hotel and updated the same to the hotel very next day and requested them to postpone our stay as It was just an off season and no festival or long weekend holidays were about to start. Receptionist asked to take the consent form the higher management. I spoke to Mr Thakur from the Management who understood the concern and even then denied to postpone the stay. I have not experienced such inhumane practices done in the hospitality business where you are ready to keep the money unused services and understanding the situation what your guest has faced. I highly condemn such unfair practices run by some hospitality businesses. Why are you tagged in hospitality sector when ultimately you have to loot your customers?? I do understand that refund sometimes is not possible but I do not find a reason that hotel could not postpone the stay as per their availability and I checked hotel was well available for next few days. I used to recommend this property to my friends going to shimla but Never Anymore.... More

    1. Room are well equiped, great view, nice cleanness, bathroom are big and clean. Direct sunlight in the room that was a surprise gift for us in morning... 2. location​ is also perfect... if u have no issue with local bus than to reach mall road will just coast u 5rs. per person...is'nt it great... 3. food was such delicious that i didnt find any other place in comparison.. 4. room service was fast and very well behaved... 5. last point which is really matters is manager behaviour and here i interact with Mr. Hemant who is very nice person and always ready to help you, he listen ur problem and suggest all the possible solution in a very nice manner... Must stay in CK International... 100% recommendation..... More

    I was initially hesitant to stay in the hotel as the building in which the hotel is located is very old govt bus stand . Hotel CK International, in Shimla was established in the year of 2013. The famous Shimla Mall road and Christ Church is 3.5 Km away. Hotel has free parking area for vehicles. Hotel CK International houses 40 spacious rooms spread over 2 floors. Free Wireless internet facility is available in lobby area. Each room is replete room heater, welcome amenities, minibar, television with premium channels, tea/coffee maker, turndown service, wakeup calls facility and wheelchair accessibility.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
