    Overall an average hotel. Food was good surprisingly. Rooms were just about clean. Unfortunately I was traveling in Mumbai during the heavy rains on 29th August 2017 and met a couple of girls on my way back to the hotel. They lived all the way in Powai so I asked them to stay with me till the roads were clear. My company had booked two rooms, one for my colleague who was to arrive later that night. I asked the hotel if my friends could use the spare room to rest and change and they said they will charge as per double occupancy for the single occupancy booking !!!! Unbelievable. This comes at a time when five star hotels had opened their doors to anyone who needed shelter. So my friends offered to pay, but they didn't have enough cash so they wanted to pay via card. But the hotel refused and said they will only take cash. Then I asked them to let them stay in my room till things were better. And they said they will charge for that too unless they leave before 11pm. Around 11pm, my friends were trying to arrange transport to leave, so I got a call from the hotel saying " Madam its 11 and your visitors haven't left". I was appalled at the insensitivity and indifference of the staff in times of such catastrophe.... More

    Booked this hotel and tried to contact the hotel over phone various times but could not as the telephones did not work. I wanted an early checkin and intended only to stay for few hours as i had to travel in the evening While i reached the hotel they had a notice that telephones are out of order I asked for a early checkin and the receptionist said that since you did not book the hotel directly with us i cannot provide you an early check in. He said why did you book through goibibo.com. He was extremely rude. I raised an issue with goibio.com instantly and secured a refund. Since i had an appointment and i had to get ready for that i paid ₹2500 and got a chicken shed like room on the ground floor.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
