Gecko in bathroom. Ants, small spikder on floor and bugs on bed. The front desk will turn off the power to your A/C. Stay here at your own risk.... More

    This hotel doesn't have a proper toilet in any room to say the least.Then AC doesn't work automatically and you have to adjust.Last but not the least,they will charge you differently on different dates. Avoid this hotel.... More

    Ok as a night shelter but do not expect much!

    Due to sudden landing at Delhi for an important meeting presence requirement of next day morning, all regularly staying hotels expressed their regrets on "no slot", I have opted for this lower budget hotel. Since tariff is lower, once can not expect much, rooms are some what clean enough for a night shelter. Front office is friendly in behaviour and you need to ask for basic amenities like TV remote, towel, soap etc. Nothing much to rate since this is one among hundreds (yes! I am correctly spelled as hundreds!!) of Pahargunj (Near New Delhi Rly Station, India) spider web gully (narrow street) hotels! My suggestion to travellers is , if you are opting this hotel through some body under some sort of complement, pl. remember the way to main road since the destination consists of zig jags. Also be sure that whatever they told the tariff is incl. of taxes or not. First they will announce a figure , collect money from you & issue n advance slip. While check out, if you are demanding for receipt , they will demand for taxes additional amount.... More

    WORST SERVICE IN INDIA

    I was beyond disappointed with my stay at hotel Chopra. This place works with dishonest drivers! I was attempting to find Smyle in the driver told me this was the place. My mistake for not looking for a sign... No signage inside the facility. They spoke in Hindi and the receptionist gave the driver some rupees. I signed the papers half asleep after my long flight and paid for the room. After reaching my room I realized this was not what I booked on hostel world. I immediately came down stairs to explain I was at the wrong place.. I didn't touch anything didn't even open my bag or use the toilet. The receptionist said that it was my problem not his. When asked to speak to a manager he stated that he was and it still was not his problem.. I offered to pay a portion of the stay. He responded "you can leave now but the money is no longer yours". Despite the times I'm sure I was overcharged for being a foreigner this is the first time I ever felt stolen from. Do not support this dishonest business. The TV didn't work and you are only allowed hot water for 2 mins at a time... More

    Changing Way of behavior in hotel ownerd before n after taking room.

    Friends please confirm the tariff twice before taking the room n make a note of it by hotel owners..n one more important thing ask the details of amount of tax on ur bills before check in or else ur in their soup...they will take ur hard earned money with their filthy way of techniques...good luck n happy trip.... Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
