The cheaters. I booked the hotel in advance from a reference of one colleague. Booked in advance and they provided a cheap room compared to what committed. The hotel is situated just opposite to the Railway Station, in middle of one chaos street. The food was of poor quality and over priced. There were almost 100 restaurants within 100 mtrs of the premises. The Receptionist will show eager interest to book a cab for u and driver will take for shopping . They have their own fixed shops and they tag in double price, you will not be able to escape from the place without buying. They will Tempt you to provide home delivery of items and when it reaches to you, you will be utter surprised. Its of very low quality and within one single water wash it turned complete white from a multicolor cloth. This experience was not enough that I encountered another one.
I went for Exam in Bits campus and was about to book the ticket from Bus Depot where they eagerly told to book ticket for me with a pay of 100 extra and I agreed for that. Paid 800 for ticket and 100 as tips and they didn't provide any ticket stating, They told, no worries ticket is with them, they will even help us boarding bus from nearby stoppage. When reached the bus stop, we were waiting indefinite time for the bus and was getting late for my exam also at BITS campus. The person was a cheater and he didn't book any tickets. When asking repeatedly , he made us board one local bus and we had to pay for ticket again and the guy almost ran out of the door. Got to know from the conductor that the actual ticket price from bus depot to Bits was only 150/- and the hotel guy actually was a fraud who takes money from tourists and get them board in local buses and run away. It was April and Jaipur was terrible hot. We had to travel in local bus without having any water also with us. On reaching Pilani, called up the owner, Number: 9314644455 and First he asked for bank details committing to refund the money and after repeated calls , he gave a weird reason, Saying below 1000 cant be transferred it seems through NEFT and I have to come again to Jaipur from Bangalore to get the money back, any idiot will believe him. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
