    Better than I was expecting but very basic. Room was clean. No blankets (only a sheet covering the mattress), no towels, no toilet paper. Gave a bottle of water but it wasn't sealed. Only stayed for a few hours so I don't know how it is at night. Wifi was good but didn't reach the room. Plenty of restaurants around and good location being close to the train station. ... More

    Don't ever book. I had gone there and was made to change my room which had a damaged telephone. The receptionist at night(Old male with greying hair) told me to not be stingy and spend Rs. 1 and use my mobile and advised that doing so won't make me poor. Thanks for the advice. Beds are not comfortable. Bathrooms are mold infested and when I asked for drinking water, they took 90 minutes to get some. WIfi is terrible, faucets leak and bathrooms are mold infested. They also won't let you take a refund or change hotel or rooms. Please don't go. I am posting this on every website available. Spending my Rs. 1 as it seems... More

    They told us every thirty minutes that the WiFi would be working. The beds are not super comfortable and the staff isn't friendly. They would not let us cancel our first night there. We will not ever come back but the hotel across the street is SIGNIFICANTLY nicer! Go there!!... More

    +location +some members of the staff are very friendly +good breakfast but always the same -horribly mold infested bathrooms -moldy smell in rooms and hallway -unfriendly woman at reception, tried to charge us more than we booked via booking.com -dirty sheets -had to change rooms because of unbearable smell (possibly not healthy), with very little improvement -our first "executive" room had a view of a dumpster and the shower didn't work Not worth the money and your health.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
