    I have visited in this hotel with my family.after visit ing Goa. And taxi driver took us to this hotel we were four family. Took four rooms. But it was a worse experience of my whole life. We left this hotel next morning and stay in another hotel for 2 nights in less amount with excellent service and quality rooms. The room of this hotel are so small blankets are burn with cigarette and ac and tv was not working. TV was 80s old dubbas nothing was in this hotel like a hotel. Very poor hotel.advise to all not to stay in this hotel even in free.... More

    We had booked in le grande hotel hotel but as they did not save rooms for us even after being confirmed by the person who answered the phone so we were booked to that hotel by the staff who took our booking the rooms were no words to describe ,i guess I don't have to describe, as every one must have got the picture by reading the other reviews !@anyways the Nepali guy behind the front desk was quite helpful he guided us with looking for other hotels but as all the hotels were full we had no option left but to be there ...then started the drama room being charged high...bell boy asking for tips ....asking for towel to room service n they instead of providing us with towel at midnight they informed us that they will provide the towel in the.morning through phone ...anyways thank god it was only for few hours ...thanks to our experience which happened because of us trusting the legrande hotel ....by making us believe that our booking was confirmed to be thrown to this kind of hotel... More

    This is probably the worst hotel on this planet .... Staff are bad ... hotel is worst !!! Booked the hotel for a quick wash and change and few hours nap and it turned out to be a nightmare !!! Uneducated filthy staff !!! Please be mindful. Stay at the airport or even railway stations and they are much better . This hotel should and must go down the gallows !!! What a shame on Indian Hospitality..... More

    Yuck....this place is atrocious. It is filthy and an absolute rip off. Beware of taxi drivers that clearly get a cut for taking trusting tourists to this hell hole. It's a money making scam!! We asked to be taken to a different hotel but the driver took us here and my husband didn't realise until it was too late. We simply wanted a place to freshen up and eat between our train and plane and could have done much better for same money elsewhere or been better off sitting in the airport. We also asked several times for toilet paper but none ever showed up. Useless. Zero out of five. DO NOT stay here!... More

This budget hotel is located in the busy market area in a residential building with 2 floors are of this run by hotel & is located just few kilometers away from the International Airport as well as Domestic Airport. From the hotel areas like MIDC & SEEPZ are easily reachable. The composition of 22 well furnished rooms makes the stay comfortable.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
