    So I checked into the property late in the evening of 5 Oct 2016. I called in and asked them to get some dinner ready for me which they did. Great! I arrived (with my family) and first impressions were this was not as I had expected the hotel / rooms to be basis my reviews. I had seen pics on the internet and they didnt match what I was shown. The rooms (I had booked three) looked as if they were not maintained well. The pillows were 'dirty' but had very clean pillow cases. The carpet (yes the rooms had carpets) were unclean. Had I checked in earlier in the day, I would probably have opted for another hotel. But since it was late and I had my aged in-laws with me, I had no option but to adjust. The hotel looks like it has seen better days. All it needs is good maintainence - perhaps a good administrator. As it is, I would not recommend this property.... More

    Poor Maintenance

    Been stayed for 3 days in this hotel and my experience is worst or awful. Very few (1 or 2) staff are more cooperative and friendly. Food is excellent. Cleanliness - Terrible.     Worst cottage arrogant staff poor location

    There is a saying that himachali people are polite and down to earth, you won't find these qualities in this cottage. Ambience.... * Location...... * Room service.. * Cleanliness... * Food.... ** Services.... * Very ordinary rooms like a lodge. Small room dirty washroom. We stayed for 2 nights and nobody came to clean the room. The biggest problem I found is the location of this cottage. This cottage is in the last corner of Aleo. The auto drivers will charge you 200-250 one side from mall road. But you won't find any auto from this cottage for mall road. The owner gave us a deal in which breakfast and dinner was inclusive of the package. They told us they will serve a buffet but In dinner buffet there was only 1dal and 1 vegetable with no dessert.. They don't serve nonveg as well. WiFi won't work. Please avoid this hotel.... More

    Third Class hotel, very arrogant staff, dirty place to stay with horrible location.

    This hotel is 500 meters inside the road , there is no street lights on this road, very lonely road because this hotel is inside mountaineering institute, there is no any board of this hotel on road by which you can identify it's location. When I visited there was no sheaf in the hotel, all the service boys was running kitchen, they expect 40 minuted time to serve any item related to kitchen ( even TEA , Coffee & Cold drink) , Food test was terrible since it was not made by professional sheaf, there is a lack of hot water in all rooms because hot water system works in solar panel. All young UP & Bihar boys was there who are treating you as you are there servants, they are not bother that you came here for comfort or relaxing and it is there duty to ensure your comfort, Toilets are not getting cleaned every day because they don;t have manpower to clean it even room is also not getting clean unless you shout at reception. There is a huge list of menu card it is printed nicely but you will get food which has been prepared by room boys only. No use of menu card.... More

    This is Budget Hotel with Average service. The location is little inside the road. The staff is helpful but you need to explain them everything in detail and sometime need to argue for your point. There is a scope for further improvement in service.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
