    This hotel is not up to the mark and also have poor services. Always quarreling with customers, and not providing what they promissed. Poor rooms, water heater get 50 min. for heating water, as Manali is coolest place hot water is essential thing over there. No cleanliness maintained in room inspite of instruct twice no bedsheets has-been changed. Food quality is worst. If food included in package then they are providing you half portion only. Eg. For 2 person they are providing 1 persons meal. And asking you for take paid service. Also engage in malpractices. If you are booked package tour, with the help of taxi drivers and hotel staff for trapping you, deliberately hammer false things which doesn't exist to gain extra profit. It means All people around you will speak same thing, which you think it may be true but actually it's not. They are tricking you to grab your money. I will give 0 star for this services.... More

    I was staying there from 26th july to 29th july. Believe me it was my horrible experience to live there as the location of this hotel is not good and the rooms were very bad but they charged me very high price because they said its a season time so if u need room then give us money otherwise find other hotel, this attitude of hotel staff shocked me and i promised never to stay at this hotel in future, bathrooms were in bad condition it was not clean and some insects were also there i know how i managed but i couldnt leave that hotel because i paid my room charges in advance and the food of this hotel is like tasteless and hotel staff service is poor and rude so Its better to eat out at any restaurant rather than this hotel i wasted my money by staying at this hotel. I request u all not to stay here plz... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
