    I have visited many hotels but my experience of hotel chand palace was such horrifying that I never want to go through never ever in my life Dirty bedsheets,stinking room,walls full of gutkha spitted on it and so the doors of bathroom.I had to opt this hotel as hotel alpine tree refused to provide the room booked through MISTAYS and than starts the biggest nightmare of my life.please avoid the hotel it is not worth going as dharamshala would be much better option instead of this dirty hotel.Dont want to give even a single star....     Experience at OYO related to app, shortlisting of property, user friendly app, rates .. was best. For the hotel Chand palace at cannaught palace new delhi, I must say its hotel staff is full of DACOITS. specially the receptionist (half bald, fair completion cheater in specs) his lust for money is degrading hotel repo. -The staff including the receptionist is not willing to tell there names .. if so they will tell you anonymous names - Would give you the worst room if you book by oyo, room quality is not even closest to the displayed - They would straight away ask to pay extra or see another one. - Waiters .. if you order a single bottel of water .. you cannot return it ...esle the waiters would abuse you and say " once ordered it cannot be returned, appears like joke !! but that happened. Receptionist the bluff master: as I tried to extend my stay for another day, he took his handset marked the rooms as soled out and asked for double the amount if I want to stay!!!?? later started calling on my room's phone to vacate !!!?? I promised myself not enter / suggest that hotel to anyone even if its FREE. to management : if you really want to improve on business .. please approach me and take details. To trip advisor: please suspend such partners as all this reflects on your brand image too. regards... More

    I stayed there with a family member. While we were sleeping. The staff started knocking the door. They knocked around 5-6 times when I open they said, the cable isn't working properly so we need to fix that. The device is in your room. They came and fixed it in 30 minutes. Last 1 hr they came again and made the same issue. Just because of this I couldn't sleep that day. The check-in process is also very slow. Don't go there.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
