    The food was horrible. The chicken sweet sour contained more little bones than chicken. The vegetarian chowmein didn't have any taste or spices. Both meals were served cold. When paying, the coke was more than two times the price than on the menu. When we waited, a little girl bugged us for money. Would never go there again and would prefer to walk all the way down to phedi than eating there.... More

    We hoped for a nice last lunch on our ABC trek. Unfortunately the chicken was almost just bone and almost no meat! When we got the bill they had put both 10% service charge and 13% vat on the bill. The menu card only said 10% service charge. They said it was an old menu card so why not renew it so customers know the real price???... More

    Friendly hospitality. Clean rooms. Great foods .Easy tour around the village.I recommend it from heart :) Always was hot shower. Wi-fi at the room. I was there four times. Excellent place for relaxing. Pokhara is about 20 km. Helpful owner.... More

    None of the reviews below are actually for the Dhampus Resort. This "resort" is not in Dhampus it's in Phedi so if you're expecting to find it at the top of the hill like we did you'll be disappointed. It was not worth $40 a night!! It was disgustingly dirty, no towels, no shower (just a urine covered bath), no soap or toilet paper. Marks all over the wall and a dirty toilet when we arrived. We waited over an hour for dinner even though there was no one there. The owner seemed nice and the view was alright but that's it. Walk up to the top and just walk in to a hotel to make a booking.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
