    Service is not good, looks like no maintenance had been done for ages. Handles, Closet doors, Table feet were broken here and there. Even the charge is so high for this kind of rooms, does not give any info that helps, only provides info about their commissioned services like we asked for bus info to Agra, they continuously told there is no bus except the tourist bus they provide....     I was traveling as a solo female in India, I had been here for three months and this was the last hotel of my trip that I booked due to it being close to the airport and I figured 1500rs was enough for a decent room in Delhi considering most other places I stayed were amazing and the 500rs mark. No. It took me 30 minutes to check in after a long day of travel and a horrible experience with taxis at the airport, I just wanted to lie down the room was not clean, the water did not work, there was a window that did not lock or even have a latch to close securely that lead into a concrete hole filled with rotting rubbish, anyone could come in if they made it to this part of the hotel. Even for India standards, this is really poor. This hotel needs a serious wash, rooms, service and staff.... More

    Asked for a simple room to spend the night. Man at the counter quoted 700 but he started saying 800 after I had accepted to take the room and given my ID. He said it it a manner as if he had been saying 800 all along. It is all planned. After I signed up he advice me to see both AC and non AC rooms although I said non AC would suffice. I was shown the AC room which was better maintained ( cost 1200). But the the non AC room was situated at the top floor where it was feeling like a furnace in even at night. Anyways, I did not want to give them any extra money so I took it and spent the night. Now the problem is, the room was actually pathetic. The bathroom seemed as if it had not been cleaned since 19th century. Most of the fittings were either not functioning or simply non existent. They did not bother to offer any of the basic amenities such as the towel and drinking water. There was a phone to call for food but it was not working either. A non AC room means a room without an AC. It does not mean a concentration camp and it can certainly do with less slimy managers.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
