    I book this hotel through booking.com because on booking.com they show good well decorated and clean rooms but when I check in room there is totally different condition room was not the same and linen was so old , bed sheets and pillow covers have oil stains on them. Intercom was not working in the room. I complained them about this issue they send a boy with bedsheet and again that bedsheet was more dirty then I told that staff then he replied sir we only have this type of linens. The good thing about this place is rooms Washroom was clean and receptionists at hotel were friendly. We choose this place because this place is family friendly. I already stayed at many places in Mahipalpur but this place is secure if you are with your family. ... More

    Hotel Chanakya Inn New Delhi The worst hotel i ever stayed at in my life 638777163 Let me start by saying that this hotel is part of a scam involving Hotel Capitol @Airport also in New Delhi. Booking.com are advertising Hotel Capitol but they do not tell you that it has been closed for more than 1 year. What happens is the person who owned that hotel gives your name to Hotel Chanakya Inn and they put your name on their list but nobody tells you. I found this hotel in the vicinity by pure chance and they had my name on their list. I was told by a hotel 1 or 2 doors down from Chanakya Inn to go in there because they believed Chanakya Inn had some connection with hotel Capitol. Also i need to mention that hotel capitol had arranged to pick me up at the airport and i had been emailed and told that this would cost 850 rupees. Nobody showed up so I was left stranded at the airport. When I finally found Hotel Chanakya Inn had my name on their list, they told me that airport transfer was free and had no knowledge of my request to be picked up. They then proceeded to put me in a room on the 4th floor, the floor from hell. My room was right next to an incredibly loud musical elevator. Why is an elevator playing loud music every time it goes up or down? What made this worse was that there was an Indian psycho staying on the 4th floor who may well have been a hotel employee, and he wandered around the corridor moving furniture and shouting and going up and down in the lift for 2 hours until I phoned reception to change rooms. They put me in a room right next to reception desk and the 2 people working there proceeded to talk loudly all night and to crash and bang boxes. This is a disgustingly awful hotel. I never in my life will stay within 10 miles of this place again, that's how bad it was... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
