    Aptly Named, Aptly Priced.

    Absolutely do not give a second thought about booking this hotel if you need something near Elcot SEZ. CentrePoint is located about 2.5 kms and 10 mins away from Elcot SEZ. Let me cover the good bits first:- We stayed here for 2 nights and while on Saturday nights, parking is sometimes an issue, it should not be too much of a hassle. Staff are polite, well behaved and speak good English. Rooms, although small have just about all the amenities that you should need including a capable A/C. The food at this hotel is simply amazing, and we really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner here. Wifi is adequate, there's also a pool table if you're into that sort of thing and they are also opening a seafood restaurant on the terrace. They also do have a pub inside the hotel. The TV itself is quite good, you can watch movies from your own hard disk drive. Now for the bad bits:- The pub/bar produces a lot of noise and it's located right next to the reception so you can hear it throughout the hotel. Our bathroom was a bit stinky and the towels some why smelled of cigarettes. (laundry and housekeeping needs to be improved) The bedroom was really small and you could feel claustrophobic(but again price+facilities+location means that's the compromise you make) Beverage options are severely limited to only two brands of beer and just normal pepsi, 7up and such(no diet or coke zero or max). Cable TV in 2017(switch to set-top box man) Overall, really good, willing to stay here again.... More

    Clean Room, AC that works, clean bedsheets and toilets. Quick responses to any anomaly pointed out. A functional gym with working equipment. The restaurant has a good spread though the global cuisine is often not available. The cuisine taste is just right. Services like Laundry and cab available. Laundry is sometimes eager to be quick and you may land up with a couple of damp though pressed clothes!... More

    The room is very good. The break fast not upto mark. However we have 24 hours restaurant with decent price. the wifi is poor. If you are not going to do office work then its fine. The room boy Amardeep provided very good cleaning service. The TV channel quality is very bad. Overall it is very decent hotel value for money.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
