    The room had a pee mixed with cum smell, could not open the window because a rat could enter the room from the street. The pillow had black marks and the bed had hair on it. The area is very bad, crowded during the day and really far from anything. They will not give your money back if you cancel your booking. Expensive little crap hole, try to find something better....     Pathetic place to stay

    This hotel is located in Masjid Bunder and not Churchgate, as mentioned in travelguru.com. It is a local market and a very bad location to stay. It is very crowed and the cabs cannot go during the day and it is very noisy. I booked a double A/c room,but it is so small and only one person can sleep on the bed. The toilet is even worse. you cannot even stand inside the toilet. There is no space. and it was very dirty. If you take shower, the water comes inside the room. The room was dirty and i asked them to clean it, but they didn't. Since i booked it online, i couldn't cancel my booking and had to suffer for 2 days in that pathetic hotel. The manager/owner of the hotel was even worse. They were rude and not very helpful. The last day, I came back in the morning, around 7 am after partying and went to sleep and the check out time was 12 noon. Around 8.30 am, a cleaner of the hotel came and rang the bell and asked me if i am leaving, i was so pissed and said yes. Then, around 9.30 am, one more guy rang the bell and told me that i had to leave the hotel at 10 am. I was very angery and told him that, the check out time is 12noon. They spoilt my sleep. I woke up around 11.30 and was taking shower, the people ( manager and staff) started knocking the door and ringing the bell continuously. They even opened the door using another key. I came out of the washroom and yelled at them. These people did not have sense. The worst hotel experience i have ever had. Pathetic is not the word.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 10 AM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
