    Great two bed apartment with a pool view but a nightmare for families with strollers. Having to carry the stroller up several times a day is not the nicest in the heat. First impressions from reception staff are poor! Not friendly and seem like it’s a chore when you request pool towels or taxi services. Bae should be on reception! He goes out of his way and is so friendly. The kids love him and he helps us with everything from taxis to entertaining the kids. We now go to Bae for our requests as i can’t stand the grumpy reception staff and I’m happy on my holiday not wanting to deal with miserable people. The local beach across the road isn’t so kid friendly very rocky but the next beaches up Long Beach and Klong Dao are very family friendly and sandy. The hotel does provide a free ride there but it’s around 200bt back for a big taxi. We don’t mind as we are here for 3 weeks we like a base and then head off exploring. Overall a great place but we wouldn’t come back as we would probably be better suited to Long Beach or Klong Dao as a family but for back packers looking for a few days of good accommodation this is your place for sure! ...     The most amazing holiday!

    We had pleasure of staying at the Phutara in October for a month with our 3 children aged 3, 11 and 14. We had the most amazing holiday and we can’t thank the helpful, polite and friendly staff enough! We stayed in a two bedroom luxury poolside room which was clean, modern and really nicely decorated. Huge comfy beds, large bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge/kettle/sink. Each day we had fresh bottles of water and little bags of crisps/nuts provided to our room. Our housekeeper was brilliant, our room was kept lovely and clean and the towel art was a really nice touch every day! Restaurant was great, we ate there quite a lot and they also did room service which was fab on a rainy day. The huge pool is just gorgeous! They have a baby pool, a jacuzzi area and water fountains. The swim up bar was brilliant, they played music throughout the day and the cocktails were gorgeous. Happy hour every day between 4-9pm! Hotel grounds are lovely, lush greenery and lighting along the paths. The grounds staff were out pruning the bushes every day and keeping everywhere clean and tidy. The hotel is in a fab location, right by gorgeous Khlong Khong beach. Loads of lovely restaurants and beach bars nearby plus the 7-11 is a stones throw from the hotel. We also hired a moped for 200 baht most days from the hotel with no problems whatsoever. A big thank you too the lovely Haa, Nang and all the girls on reception, our housekeeper and everyone else that helped look after us so well. The goodbye drinks and the fruit/wine/chocolate basket that was sent up to our room really touched us! A special thank you to Robert for being so kind and helpful, he was really informative about the local area and advised us on the best bars, beaches and restaurants plus he booked us onto brilliant boat trips to the four islands and to Koh Rok. He also advised us on where to go for a trip to the mangroves. He often went above and beyond duty like getting up early out of his working hours to see us off on our last day and he even sent snacks up to our room one day that he had bought us from the 7-11! We had Robert on WhatsApp before we had left the UK which was really reassuring. Another special thank you to Bear! I still miss hearing him calling out sawadikup every morning. Bear was amazing, such a kind, helpful man, nothing was too much trouble, he even offered to lend our son his shoes one day! He also makes a great cocktail! He was so, so lovely with our children, especially our 3 year old Bella who just adored him! We miss his smiley face a lot! We couldn’t fault the hotel, the staff or the location in any way and we will definitely be back again one day! Thank you Phutara for the most wonderful holiday. Love the Summers family 🙂... More

    Very nice and clean rooms BUT no service at all

    The garden rooms are lovely and we had bottles of water every day. The main disadvantages were that the rooms don't have a phone so we couldn't ask for anything and they don't give you small towels for your hands and face. Last but not least the day that we checked out it was raining a lot and we had to carry our luggage into the rain. The guy in the reception saw us and he didn't offer to help us at all.     Phutara- Lovely place and great service

    i must say that it exceeded expectations, we were prepared for just 1 room, not the extra partition which truly made things nice as were with child- the grounds were immaculate, the rooms nicely laid out, the pool was nice- the only complaint is the breakfast, which we had prepaid for; but in keeping with the great level of service at the place, they gladly refunded our money... over all, i would recommend it to anybody...... More

Located on the scenic banks of the famous Sabarmati River, this 4 Star hotel is designed with a spacious lobby space and a sit down reception. It offers 50 luxurious rooms to stay. A multi-cuisine fare is served at the 'La Vista' a multi-cuisine restaurant, which overlooks the pool area. Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
