    Nice pool and spacious rooms.

    We came in low season, so the resort was quiet and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Never went up to the restaurant for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. We got dropped off at the resort at around 4.30pm, and there was no one to check us in as the reception closes at 4. Somebody came within five minutes but it seems that they didn’t really know where everything was. They went to the sister resort to pick up some mineral water, toilet paper and extra pillows for us but never came back despite us waiting for them for an hour or two. We got it the next day instead. Other than that, I don’t really have any complaints besides how dark it is at night, it was hard to spot the resort sign driving back because there were no lights on it. For the price, it was an okay stay. The rooms are very spacious and the pool is very nice. Location could be better but it was no big deal for us because we had a scooter. Plenty of scooter rentals down the road for a little bit cheaper than what the resort provides. I would recommend if you’re looking for a good place to stay for the price in low season :) ... More

    Friendly staff & a comfy stay

    We went during non peak season, hence Koh Lanta itself was pretty empty and village looking. The hotel was quiet. Most of the staff work from 7am till 4pm, so it was getting pretty secluded towards early evening time. We had plenty of water and towels in our rooms (we had a double room apartment). The staff are smiley and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants with great food around, plus 7/11. We stayed for three nights whilst it’s been rainy for about 80 percent of the time. It was a nice hotel to be stuck in. I wouldn’t recommend to rent a car through the hotel though; wasn’t a good experience. The ferry service we ordered through the hotel was perfect. ... More

    It s not a 4 stars hotel. The staff is friendly but that’s all. We have booked a villa and it was old. The fan wasn’t working, windows in the bathroom are closed with adhesive tape. Mirror in the bathroom is damaged. They don’t add amenities in the bathroom during the stay. 6 days here, 5 breakfasts with a broken coffee machine at the buffet. This place could be nice if it was renovated... More

    Stayed for four nights and wanted to leave after two nights. Staff/reception rude and unhelpful. Not what I expect from Thai custom. No alcohol sold at the resort because it’s Muslim ran. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Bad location. Way overpriced. Paid a fortune for this room.... More

    Over rated, disappointing

    If you don't mind sharing the pool with the hostel next door,nosy when ten or more come jumping in the pool, the hostel advertises pool use. this I a complete let down, dont waste your money, beds look like they already been slept in, booked am luxury suite,put in a garden villa, had to show photo of booking to prove I booked a suite then offered the one in corner with no natural light, not a 4 star 3 on a good day, beach opposite very rocky, lovely beach 10 minute walk, very expensive compared to other places,they pay 200tb in the hostel next door and uses all the facities, don't waste your money,the manager not interested, rooms aren't clean, no towels round pool, had to ask for a hammer to bang nails in in the wooden sun beds, staff were nice,only one spoke English, have to go through other bedroom for bathroom. Overview

Located on the scenic banks of the famous Sabarmati River, this 4 Star hotel is designed with a spacious lobby space and a sit down reception. It offers 50 luxurious rooms to stay. A multi-cuisine fare is served at the 'La Vista' a multi-cuisine restaurant, which overlooks the pool area. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and serves a-la-carte buffet spread. 'Silver Leaf', the 24 hour coffee shop, serves Indian, Continental and Mexican cuisine.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
