    We stayed there for one night. Honest review; Pros first; Location is excellent, that is if you want to explore this part of Delhi. It is very centrally located with metro station nearby. Nice big rooms, well lit. Cons; Very poor hygiene, our room was cloaked in thick layer of dust. It was a herculean task to get someone to clean the room. The staff was uncooperative. Room service was very slow, and very shoddy. Everything seemed like a tug of war between us and the staff. They were rude and uncooperative. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and on our asking repeated, they gave us a single sachet of clinic plus shampoo and a small soap for washing hands. Towels were very dirty. Breakfast served could have been OK, had the staff been a little more welcoming. At the time of breakfast there were other hotel staff ( note not guests) who were also eating breakfast and talking very loudly. We felt very awkward sitting there eating our breakfast, felt like intruders in a family affair. Overall not a great experience.... More

    We stayed at Hotel Broadway for two nights and had a very comfortable stay. We arrived at six in the morning after an a twenty hour journey; we were hoping to just leave our bags but they actually allowed us to check in so we could rest and shower and have breakfast. That made a world of difference after a long journey. The staff was very helpful in making suggestions and arranging transportation for us. We had an early train out of the city and they helped us decide when to leave and secured a car for us. The restaurant downstairs is excellent for both breakfast and dinner.     I did not stay at the hotel but I did eat lunch in the restaurant and the food was fabulous. That is why I am writing this review. I love eating in places that are "a bit different" and this place was terrific. As a visitor to New Delhi I thought this dining room was a great place to eat.... More

    Quirky hotel and good restaurant

    We stayed here just one night. Our room was one of the designer decorated rooms on the fourth floor. It's one of the quirkiest rooms we've ever stayed in - definitely worth requesting. We loved the view over Old Delhi from our room at the back of the hotel - watching kite flying in the evening and preparations for a wedding feast. The food at the restaurant was good. We had to leave before breakfast officially started but the staff helped us out by getting us coffee, bread and omelettes. Staff at the front desk weren't very friendly.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
