Booked a room for 4 adults- looking at the photos advertised online for the room it showed 1 double bed and 2 single beds- which would be adequately right for the number of occupants.
Arrived at the hotel checked in and showed to our room, one room with a double bed and one with a twin, we originally thought the room was conjoined but it seemed not to be which was fine as we still all had decent beds to sleep in. The hotel then reluctantly allowed us to stay in these 2 rooms (which we had booked)
Apparently the hotel changed their mind once we had returned from exploring the city all day, they thought we had booked and would be happy to all sleep in 1 room with 1 double bed and place 2 mattresses on the floor like it was sleepover party.
When we argued that this was absolutely absurd the staff very kindly laughed at us and proceeded to explain that, that was what we had booked.
We all then had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay at 10pm at night.
Absolute joke would not recommend!

Booked a room for 4 adults on Booking.com...pictures showed a double and two singles.
Arrived early afternoon for us to be shown two separate rooms- one with a double and one with two singles. We confirmed that we had booked for 4 people and were reluctantly told we could have both rooms.
After spending the day exploring Jaipur, we arrived back at the hotel to be told we could only have one room and 2 people were expected to sleep on the floor. The receptionist laughed when we said that that was ridiculous. No spare mattresses were to be seen...
When we asked to speak to the manager, he bluntly refused to let us stay without paying extra and asked us to leave.
Four young British girls were then left trying to find alternative accommodation at 10 o'clock at night.
This was ludicrous considering the rooms had already been dirtied and they were probably going to take two of those mattresses and put them in the other room anyway.
Very rude and very misleading. Would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.... More
