    Worst hotel ever

    Worst hotel i've ever set foot into! Do yourself a favor and avoid it completely. We stayed here for 6 days and got hot water only 1 day. The manager charged additional cost even though we did not take any breakfast. Rooms are small and flithy. The manager mr. Patak was really ill- mannered. To be avoided at all cost!!!!!... More

    I had booked hotel from Goibibo Hotel Bonlon Inn was very neat. walkable distance from Metro station.We checked in Early Morning at 7am and they let us checkout at 12 pm the next day. they let us keep our bags after checkout.     do not choose this one, we stayed two nights, but two nights to much. Rooms are so little you can not put your baggage in, we kept them in a wardrobe all the four. To take something from the baggage the only place is to put it, dirty, on the bed. We had no hot water. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEANED. THE BED WAS NOT RANGED, WHEN WE CAME TO HOTEL AT 8 PM NEXT DAY. We had some construction works above our head, started from 10 PM to end at 01 AM after my intervention at housekeeper. They did not want serve us in the restaurant but in our SMALL ROOM. Avoid this hotel, there is much better for the same price. As we had two more nights at the end of our trip, they refused to give us back money fir two nights our agent payed in advance.     It might have been a decent place to stay in Karol Bagh long back. The design looks old and the way the floors are marked in the lift indicates that the lift was an add on after construction. That is all fine. The reception staff appear very friendly too. That is about it all. Basically nothing works here though when a complaint is made someone will start frequenting the room with little to show as results. The electric kettle, hot water in bath, TV, the list is pretty long in the list of problems. The staff are ill equipped to handle this much in one go. There is a tiny restaurant in the first floor (designated as Floor 0 in the lift).which serves decent food. The free wifi was top class. But an avoidable pain in general.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
