    We booked this hotel off the internet for 3 days because of the location and the price. When we arrived the room looked a little tired but we felt we could tough it out for 3 nights. The Staff at this hotel were absolutely awesome. They were very caring and friendly and were very helpful. After three nights we decide that while we were in Baga this was the place to stay. There is an awesome restaurant in front of the hotel which we ate at at least a couple of times, food was delicious.... More

    Awesome budget hotel near Baga and Calangute

    The hotel is at the center of Baga and Calangute. The Tito's lane is just a few minutes walk away. The hotel staff was very friendly and they have in house dining as well. It is a good budget hotel with close proximity to the beaches.... More

    Poor service, noisy and no electricity

    I stayed in a room next to road. I could hear a car or motorbike sounding their horn every 5 seconds. This noise went on all day and most of the night. One night I came back and went upstairs to find that there was no electricity on the upper floor so there was no air conditioning. I went back downstairs to talk to the person on the front desk. He told me that there was a power failure but didn't know too much about what was being done about it. So this guy watched me come in and go upstairs but didn't say anything about the power failure. How's that for customer service? I had to ask him several times about when the power will be restored before he finally contacted the owner of the hotel.... More

    Nice hotel but sevice is not up to the mark!

    The hotel near tittos lane opposite norms supermarket ,i stayed with my friend in room no 104. checkin was okk, bathroom was totally dirty nothing clean at all, they offer welcome drink it was mango juice. but when i was sleeping somebody open the door without knocking. I complained in reception the receptionist said we thought the room was vacant. Breakfast was totally tastless it was masala omelate,chicken sausages,baked beans and toasted bread. I'll not suggest this hotel is good for couples and family.... More

    Good hospitality and welcoming is the keyword of this place. This was my 3ed time to stay there, and for sure it will not be the last. I totally love the place, and I really appreciate the owners. you can feel how worm welcoming you'll receive there, plus how friendly the staff are. Everything you need is around: ATM's, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Cafe coffee Day, and of course the famous Tito's lane. Big thanks for Mr. Dean and Mrs Preevena. Nestled by coconut grooves and offering good view of the surroundings, Hotel Bonanza is one place which promises a perfect holiday in Goa. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
