    Stayed here one night as part of an organised tour. Room was clean, spacious and bathroom OK. Tea & coffee making bits but no kettle!. Would have been nice if staff had uniform so you could idenitfy them. Communal areas could have done with a good sweep and clean. Breakfast was served in basement - dirty room and poor choice but attentive staff.... More

    This hotel is fine for a short period. It's a bit grimey and dirty in some of the rooms (We were in a big group) but it's quite well located and you can manage it for a short period (say one or two nights).     I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and during the stay I found that there were some good things and some things that could be improved about the hotel. The good things are; The staff are polite and helpful, the hotel is clean, the rooms are maintained well. There is a park bang opposite the hotel for those people who would like to take a morning walk. The room service is quick and very good. Food taste is very good and the prices reasonable. Free Wifi is quite good and fast. Things that can improve are; Making the complimentary breakfast spread a little more wider-presently one gets a limited choice of Poha, Parathas with a side dish, two options of corn flakes, milk of medium consistency, one variety of fresh juice only! People from South India who do not fancy eating Parathas for breakfast have hardly any choice! But then since the hotel is located in South Delhi with quite a few south Indian restaurants, the hotel management expects them to have it outside!? Kits in the bath do not have tooth brush, paste and a shaving kit which is normally standard in such hotels. So it is frugal all the way and that makes the guest wince that the daily rental of the hotel appears to be over priced for the facilities offered er rather for what have not been offered. Maybe that is the standard of Delhi but it certainly pinched me is what I have to say! I shall certainly recommend this hotel for others to stay for safety and calm comforts. I too do not mind staying in the hotel again. But surely, the hotel can give more facilities for the cost!... More

    We were a group of 22 people travelling. Checked into hotel first night and were told that 2 rooms were not available. 2 couples were put into Hotel B Continental. This was most annoying as we had paid in advance for this and were instead put into a 1 star hotel without a refund at all. Instead we were given a free meal which does not come close to compensating for the no rooms available. Getting back from Rishikesh, checked in here again for one night. Rooms were available, small and neat. Wifi available.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
