    Terrible sanitation, horrible service, worst maintenance!!

    Although I had a reservation and arrived pretty late my room wasn't prepared and I had to wait in the lobby for 20 mins to check in. When in the room the bedsheet was totally soiled, as was the blanket. The air conditioner wasn't even working properly and its remote controller had dead cells, so was of no use. The toilet didn't have any toilet paper, and the complimentary soap kit was only provided when asked for it. Also, the hot water geyser stopped functioning and I was told that I could use a bathroom in the next room if I wanted hot water. There were a few good staff members, but some lingered (way too long) at the door and offered to bring alcohol (even though I forcefully stated I didn't need any) just to get some extra money. On ordering tea through room service, I got it after 2 hours, and that too after calling them again. The location is pretty decent, except that there are loudspeakers in the area that blurt out non-stop from sunrise till sunset. It's a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station.... More

    Situated on a noisy street the rooms were not even ready when arrived. Had to ask for towels and toiletries. Dusted the bedsheet myself. If I had not prebooked the hotel I'd have moved out right away. Had to call room service twice to even get water or tea. The only good thing was the complementary breakfast. The owner was friendly, but the staff seemed to be unprofessional. The bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long period. Even on stating that the dustbin was overflowing it wasn't emptied (even at the point of writing this review it hasn't been emptied yet).... More

    This hotel had a deal with the tuk-tuk driver, who took us there. Please don't believe any tuk-tuk driver, who would like to help you find some hotel or help you with planning your next destinations (he will just take you to the travel agency, where tell (and offer) you only one option you have because Dilli is too dangerous and everything is close because of elections). We came quite late and were after this session in a travel agency, so we take it, but the price was really unreasonable!!!Nonsense! We wanted to check some reviews on the internet, but the receptionist told us that wifi doesn´t work during all night for whole Dilli. Another lie and scam! The room was quite ok, but the feeling from this hotel was really unpleasant.... More

    They start by charging 2500 rupees and then bargain down to 1300. The room is ice cold and the blankets and sheets are stained with not sure what. The hot water dribbles out of the shower making for a very uncomfortable experience. The Wi-Fi is not bad. The food! Omg .. he served us a rotten pineapple juice.. smelled and tasted of raw egg, we thought we were going to throw up.. no apology & no replacement. The soup and noodle dishes were salt and butter.. just gross. We did the very simple math for the bill and paid, but they made us wait around 5 minutes while they scrambled over the menu and a calculator to come up with what we had already calculated.. and then had the nerve to add on some "taxes".. couldn't let that slide for the putrid juice.. unreal, stay away from this place....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
