    poor property with poor services and seriously dont go .. just check online u can get better rooms and stay at a decent price ..rever Fab Classic. This is lodge only good thing is they were giving wifi . 24hrs concept they have for rooms, without any consideration not worthy at all...... More

    Not bad ... but not as good as promised by OYO Rooms

    This hotel is actually not so great ... but they tied up with OYO Rooms and made it much better now, as I'm writing this in September 2015. Reasonably decent. I was given room 204, which got a good view of CG Road. The bathroom is okay. The A/C and TV seems to be newly fitted, so they are good. Honestly speaking, if I came along myself without booking from OYO Rooms, I will rate this Good. But I'm not satisfied with the way OYO Rooms promoted this place. OYO might stand for Over-expectations Yields Over-smartness. 1. They told there's WIFI, which is my main reason for booking this place, but there wasn't any. 2. There's no proper hot water, I mean no geyser visible and the water wasn't any hotter than you put a bucket of water in sun. 3. They never advertise the bathroom photos in any of their ads. Why? Because they know you wont like the actual pictures. 4. Last but not the least, I booked my room for ₹999 on OYO website and I got earned a discount of ₹300 from a coupon when I booked it online - confirmed by OYO too. So I expected to pay ₹699 at the hotel (because there was an option to pay at the hotel). But the hotel guys asked me to pay the full ₹999 and told me that OYO Rooms will give me a discount. They didn't explain how. OYO didn't tell me either. If not for OYO Rooms, I never expected myself to come to this Hotel. Besides, I'm not using OYO Rooms ever again! Otherwise, it's not bad for a night's stay. If more than that ... no no! I've added some real photos, please take a look.... More

    Avoid this one.. Just don't go!

    The hotel is almost a mess. The claims made on the website are false, nothing is similar. The AC room for them means a room fitted with AC, the efficiency of AC unit is irrelevant. The hygiene level is poor. The staff is not much accommodating. They furniture and rooms are untidy and there is dust everywhere. The size of rooms is 'tiny'. As far as the complimentary breakfast and tea goes as per their website, the staff concludes with 'Bhaiya pata nahi kaun likh diya'. They give you a rug in the name of towel. A cube that emits dark blue light in the name of TV. A noise making box fixed on the window, in the name of Air-conditioning. And a stinky room smelling of cigarettes coated with dust and furniture arranged like brought from a garage sale, as accommodation. It barely qualifies for a hotel and I moved to a different one after spending 2 hours there. If you still will move in, your call.... More

    Sad Hotel. very bad in service. non ac rooms are like heater no ventilation. had gone for a business trip and needed the place just for a shower thus stayed in this 1 star hotel but the bathroom didnt even have a window. it was like a steam room and not a bathroom.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
