    Worst hotel I have stayed in

    The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was the Wi-Fi was good. Apart from this it was dreadful. The staff were rude and unhelpful from start to finish. The rooms had no towels, no toilet paper and no hot water. They sheets were filthy with stains on. It was all a horrible experience. We knew it wasn't expensive so we weren't expecting a palace but cleanliness and courtesy cost nothing, don't stay there.... More

    I needed a hotel room from 8 AM till 8 PM.. it was difficult to find a hotel for day use online.. finally I found it through misfit.in.. it looked good in pics but I think the pics are old.. hotel requires maintenance.. charges based on condition are pretty high. Done of the rooms doesn't even have a window! Wifi was not working, card payment couldn't be done because the machine was also not working. Only good thing is, It is near to railway station.. ...     Absolutely disgusting place. The linens were dirty, and the bathroom was flooded because the toilet was leaking. The bathroom itself was covered with dirt and there was no hot water. We weren’t provided a breakfast although we already had paid for it. I would recommend you not to go there, and if you go, do not use the elevator! ... More

    Was there overnight & had booked it through Booking.com site. WASHROOM has no hot water. AIR CONDITIONING/ HEATER not functional. Paint PEELING off. Dirty TOWELS. ZERO MOBILE TOWER CONNECTION in most of the rooms. Had checked in at 5.15 pm n had to attend a meeting in NCR-DELHI at 7 pm so didn't have time to check the facilities available.     Hotel Blessings provided us with a great stay. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Very centrally located. It’s nothing special but perfectly nice for a budget option.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
