    please stay away from the hotel... worst experience ever

    I had the worst experience in this hotel today. During the check in, i met shabbir - the manager at the counter. Believe me, he is a rogue. Rogue of the first order. He does not have the minimum manners on how to behave with the customers. I asked him if the breakfast is included in the tariff. He told me "we are not giving to all customers". What does that mean ??? I understood that breakfast facility is only for a few guests. But his version is "breakfast is not provided to any customer". I told him how can he decide whether a person can be provided breakfast or not, his answer was "you have a hearing problem". I told we are not giving brakfast to all customers".. I am sure he does not have command over English language but he lacks how to behave with the customers also. How can a bloody hotel reception fellow dare to comment to a customer that he has a hearing problem. I immediately walked out of the hotel. Believe me, this hotel is not even worth 10 rupees if shabbir like people are there who are at the reception. Better to search for different hotels nearby. Worst experience.... More

    Something wrong is there any other the hotel , very dimly lit corridor with bad smell , rooms are not properly lit . Temple side rooms are not having ac and other side room curtains can't be drawn as old house is there with families living there . No TV channel other than tamil , no coffee / tea in the room which are nowadays basic in any hotel with tariff in the range of RS. 2500/- to 2800/-. For single night ..though staff tried their best but need to think before coming again ..... More

    I like the fact that the hotel's location is good and convenient for shopping. A/C was not working. The response to complains were not successful. As for the staff, they were polite and spoke nicely. But, like I said, the outcome of attending to guest concerns were not promising. According to me, the rooms were not very spacious. Also, poor wifi and network.... More

    Our experience was really bad. The hotel was a club at entrance..the day we arive there were fight. No space for tempo traveller parking, hence you might need to get down at main road and pull your luggage in The rooms are smelly as its seems to be really and old property that need to be refurbished. Water Leaking at lift are, cockroaches in the room, water problem is another headache ..at times it can be rusty in colour. Except their frontdesk staff...their bell boys are with worst attitude. We checked out next day itself.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
