    good points: location - near to the airport and near to subway station (it takes 45 min till Victoria station/Colaba); Laxman (evening shift) is very helpful and polite and made his best to make our stay less uncomfortable, unfortunately the same can not be said about other members from the staff; bad points: rooms are really very dirty, really dirty linens, cockroaches, mosquitoes, mold on the walls, dirty walls... you don t feel confortable at all! internet connection was not good. I would say it is an expensive price for what you get. Please consider booking another place... More

    BEDBUGS, COCKROACHES AND RATS INSIDE BEDROOM

    If your thinking about staying here, I recommend that you change your mind as this is the worst and most expensive hostel I have stayed in so far. This might sound like an over-reaction but I promise that it isn't. The room was disgusting, with bedbugs that were spotted within 5 minutes of being in the room. The bed sheets also had blood on them. Additionally, there was a cockroach infestation, which I saw at least 5 in the 2 nights that I stayed here. To put the icing on the cake, we saw a rat climb out of the bed that they tried to get me to sleep in on the first night, which I kindly refused. The combination of these three pests really does make the swarm of mosquitoes constantly lurking around the room less of a cause of concern I must admit that the man on reception was friendly in the beginning however his true colours were revealed when he charged 800rupees extra for helping my friends book their train tickets, yet didn't mention the extortionate costs when offering to help. I also found out I was being charged more than other guests and when confronted he tried to lie his way out of it and still wouldn't rectify his actions. On the PLUS side, the showers warm, Wi-Fi isn't too bad, and the beds give a good night sleep. If the first half of the review doesn't phase you, then by all means book away... More

    The worst nightmare place one can stay in life......the door knobs are broken, filthy rooms, dirty linen, smelly bath towels, full of mosquitoes. ... And on top of that i was asked to shift to some other room on the second night although my booking was for 5 nights, because the have some other guests coming.... on asking him about how can he asked me to shift room, the manager says that he gave me discount and i can check out of I want......no hospitality..... very rude staff.....wifi never works properly..... and worse is the smelly blankets which the staff there cannot smell....never think of staying in this place ever if you are looking for a comfortable stay.......     I booked this hotel one month ago as it's near the airport. However when I reached here, the staff here told me the hotel was fully occupied and want me to switch to their other branch. The other branch was far from airport and metro. So it's very inconvenient. The staffs were friendly. Overall experience was satisfactory.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
