    We stayed in room 202 for one night before catching a flight. The man on reception refused to acknowledge me until my (male) partner came in. The room was barely presentable, with damp mould growing across the bathroom ceiling, and a dangerous looking connection to the air conditioning unit. On our departure, the man on reception insisted on checking the room before we left, for what possible reason, we are unsure as there was clearly nothing of value to take with us, even had we been inclined to stealing!     Special thanks to Mr Yuvraj for your Service. Located in the heart of the city. Good service. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed sitting in small Balcony and watching Birds.     Only advantage is that it's located in city and quiet place. JM Road, Deccan, FC road are close by. Complementary breakfast is vegetarian fixed menu and limited. If you want more, be ready to pay Rs.40 for a slice of bread. Tables are arranged in corridor since they don't have restaurant. So at some time you may feel sweating since no fans, you are dependent on fresh natural air. Overall, nice to stay in.... More

    Room are small but designed and maintained properly, all Room were having AC and Led Tv with Hot water in bathroom... room were cleaned properly... they don't have good dining facilties but outside you can find ample of option to explore Maharastian Food....... More

    I had travelled here in the first week of June for some personal purpose. It is a good hotel and offers good services. If you are in Pune and have work around S. B. Road, this is one of the best budget hotels to go for. However, it is not a luxury hotel. It is a good hotel in a good locality and will do just fine on your pockets. :)... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
