A place close to Heart of Delhi .. Bharat Continental.
on Aug 14, 2017
If you are in Delhi than your first priority will be to visit Connaught place , Heart of Delhi. The hotel is quite near to CP and other prominent locations too . Not only that , commuting to any part of Delhi is actually far more comfortable than from any of far off Hotels located at extreme corners of Delhi. Food is too good to miss , especially at their indigenous cuisine BARBEQUE CREATION. And of course they have a theme based BAR too to unwind yourself and the Hotel people will help you get your smiles back with Happy Hours Menu.

This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. It is in a very downmarket area.
The room was filthy with ingrained dirt on everything. We had brought sleeping bags with us for an overnight train journey and slept in them as the bed linen was grey and grubby.
We didn't even use the shower.
There were dirty, old mattresses on the staircase.
The staff were unhelpful and downright rude and ignorant.
I had a silver and pearl necklace stolen from my toilet bag whilst we were out.
Do not stay in this hotel, I suspect that the good reviews of this hotel are written by the staff.
There is a huge choice of good, inexpensive hotels in Delhi, this is definitely not one of them. It should be closed down.
Good hotel to stay in budget range

The hotel is centrally located near Rajendra place metro. The hotel offers complementary breakfast. It also offers free wife. The staff is cordial. The services needs a bit improvement.
Quality of food is good.
Clean & budget friendly

Stayed at this hotel during my visit to SATTE this year in New Delhi. Booked through OYO rooms.
Clean, comfortable and at 02 minutes walking distance to the metro station. Large beds even for a single room.
Breakfast can be improved a bit, but staff is courteous, and they prepare toasts, etc. for you. Plenty of butter, jam. Sometimes they have aloo parantha with aloo ki subzi and at times Poori with aloo matar ki sabzi. Taste is good.
Wifi needs to be rectified in terms of connectivity, but otherwise speed is fine.
A home away from home!

First of all, the hotel is easy to locate - it's on the main road. Nothing flashy as you enter but I was quite taken aback by the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping is superb and it's always great to come back everyday to a crisp room. Except for the few broken bolts and hinges, the rooms are airy and spacious. The Air Condition deserves a place in a museum but still does a great job of cooling. This is one hotel that has plenty of plug points to charge your devices. There is also your tea/coffee maker which is replenished daily. There's the daily newspaper as if the TV wasn't enough. The food is yum, a little bit expensive but then the quantity is definitely not for one person. A few things that warrant improvement would be the wifi which is so erratic and there's the intercom which is inaudible. The breakfast menu needs to improve. The location is great, it is very close to the Metro and there's a market nearby with plenty of eateries and shops. Will I go back? SURE.
