    Hotel with poor customer service

    I visited this hotel today, the 30th May with family for dinner. We were 6 adults, 2 grown-up kids and 1 small kid. First of all, this hotel has no seating facilities for more than 6 persons in a table. Tables are also not that broad to have comfortable dining. We adjusted ourselves to sit in 6 members table with extra chairs. But, on seeing two vacant four seaters close to where we were seated, we requested to join those two four seaters together, so that we can sit together as family and have comfortable dining. But, they refused to join them after moving to those two four seaters. I had taken food there earlier like that by joining two tables. When I cited my previous experience, they denied and said that the hotel has no facility to accommodate more than 6 people in a table. When I asked whether families with more than 6 members shouldn't visit the hotel, the reply was "we can't join tables, as the edges of tables are broken because of joining them in earlier instances". After persuading consistently, some one wearing safari, with helping mind, got the consent of MD of the hotel to join tables. Orders were taken, but delayed supply of food items showed that the hotel was not well organised. Items like dosa reached late, but north Indian items like naan, panneer butter masala reached early! Chilly parotta which was ordered first, was reminded twice, but after sometime, the person said that it was not there! Items like schezwan fried rice, panneer butter masala were good in taste. But items like ice cream milk shake was not good in quality, as my daughter, who used to have milk shake in other hotels, vomitted after having ice cream chocolate milk shake. Somehow, we finished our dinner, then the confusion started in billing. They have billed items which we haven't ordered. The bill was taken for correction. After long waiting, I reached cash counter for paying money, where the bill was then lying with cash counter. They corrected bill with ink pen and I paid it. As I wanted bill for writing review, I insisted upon bill. They denied first, but later due to pressure from me, they have given. The person in counter was also not having concern for customers. If they improve their service and approach, definitely it can be one of the good vegeterian food junction.... More

    Terrible experience

    I had to stay here as my company booked the accommodation through make my trip. This hotel goes into the worst hotel experiences list. To start with I chose a single bed AC room. The entire room was probably 8 X 8 feet which includes a toilet in it. The room is so small that if you don't be careful you can end up hitting either the bed or the table. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, also causes an itch, no towel was provided. Didn't even bother to ask for wifi. The bathroom was so small that if you just turn around you would hit a wall and the wash basin is the smallest wash basin ever made in history. If you try using it, a lot of water spills on your feet. No hot water was available, no toilet paper was available. Coming to breakfast, I was surprised when they gave me something called as a "Mini-tiffin" which contains on cold dosa, one idli, one mini vada, one small cup of pongal, one small cup of kesari (became half small cup on day2) and half a cup of coffee. You do not get a second serving of anything and also if you want more coffee it is chargeable as well. Looks like someone in the management was too greedy and has built a lot more rooms than what was supposed to be built. This is a dingy lodge at the most and cannot be called a hotel, they have a really long way to go in terms of hospitality if you would like to call yourself a hotel. Stay away from this hotel, better avoided, I would rather stay awake all night than sleep in this hotel. Really disappointed.... More

    Good place compared to other hotel in the vicinity.

    This hotel is better than The City Manor which is just 0.5 kms. The service standard at The City Manor is horrible and very costly also. Compared to that the service and the quality of food is very good at Hotel Bharani. We enjoyed our stay even though for 1 day. If we had known earlier then I would have checked in Hotel Bharani....     Horrible Hotel I ever visited at this exorbitant Cost.

    Hotel is in pathetic condition. AC room Filled with cockroaches and mosquitoes. Blanket Covers torn. Bathroom cum Toilet not even enough for single man movement. And above all some of the Front Desk Receptionists are highly casual and arrogant in Customer Service. Not worth to visit unless you are in dearth need.... More

    As a customer visiting your hotel, you have given bitter taste. 1. you cheated us by promising good lodging but giving us pathetic service. 2. Rooms are very unclean, not mainted. 3. when we rejected your service and wanted to leave the immediately you did not give our money back. 4. i am going to post about your bad service an pathetic management and cheating to customer on all website. finally,. finally,.on't refund my money back. i will go to consumer court. i took pictures and video of the room and service.
