    Excellent hotel with all most all good facilities... I'm staying here since from 1 month... Receptionists are so friendly, a single girl receptionist don't know English , a few men receptionist can speak good English.. It could have been better if dinner is available like breakfast.. Love the buffet system. Good WiFi but some time signal become weak.. Overall the best 3* hotel... More

    I stayed only one night here. Before I booked it, I searched photos and information about the rooms and found it quite ok. But in fact, this hotel has 2 buildings. One is so old, one is better. My groups needed 9 rooms. They gave us rooms belonging to the A building - the old one. All equipments seemed to be 15-20 years old. The air conditioner, TV in room 204 didn't work. In room 308, the water heater wasn't active. The rooms had terrible smell of smoking. I think the rooms are not as good as a hostel. Luckily, the buffet was not too bad. 18 hours staying here was our bad memory in Pleiku. The weather here was so good. The coffee was so special. Everything was ok except for the Green hotel.... More

    Unacceptable sales department

    I am totally not satisfied with the sales department. firstly I called and the receptionist told me to send an email of confirmation with the price of 500,000 VND/twin room. After that, I email and did not receive any reply from them. I called then later, the sales department sent me an email and stated another price (which higher than the price i confirmed with the receptionist) and said that the room I asked for is full. Then I email them again to bargain the price but they did not reply me. I called them twice after that but still did not receive any confirm from sales department. I think that you should recruit more or changes sales staff. I feel angry with your service. It tooks TOO MUCH TIME FOR BOOKING.... More

    Comfortable hotel in Pleiku

    Nice room. Good buffet with many disks and fruits. Next to the market. Close to the Pleiku Airport, 10 minutes by car. The room would be perfect if there is an electric socket near to the writing desk. The bath room could be rearranged for more convenience for guests. Weak Wifi signal and no booklet. Hope things would be better when I come back next time.... More

    Seems to be a business type hotel with buffet breakfast included in tariff. Huge banquet room with a good spread although majority is stone cold (which seems to be the norm in Vietnam lol). However, they do have a dedicated Pho station providing steaming bowls of broth goodness which unfortunately was useless to this vegetarian :) Most staff have limited English skills except for the wonderful Mr Minh. Cannot rave enough about him! Mr Minh has kind eyes and although softly spoken, his command of English is exemplary and he goes above and beyond for you!! Helped us whenever we had need of it and even keyed in his personal mobile number to assist us with bus bookings. A true gentleman. No other meals offered here. Best to hit the market and streets. Locals rarely see foreigners so English is bare. Lots of gesticulations, my minimal Vietnamese and loads of laughter gets you by and you won't find any warmer helpers in Vietnam. Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
