    I would like to give 0 starts but .. sadly there is no option for that .... the hotel is purely a trash bin ... no service, hopeless rooms, ignorant staff, people drinking and smoking all around the hotel.. not at all recommended for family.please do not ever go for this hotel...... More

    Positive-: Location Negative-: 1)Unprofessional staff 2)Front office manager talks like a goon 3)Need to pay full amount before check-in (1st time experience for me) 4)Rooms are not even 50% of what shown in pics 5)Even toilet rolls are not available, need to request 4 times and got a used one 5)Food bill need to pay cash and no bill is provided for that 6)Breakfast is basically bread slices and Paratha 7)outside food is not allowed 8)Room and bathroom need a renovation 9)Don't expect any kind of help from hotel staff if you are sick,as i asked front office about chemist Shop and without even thinking they just replied that chemist shops will be closed...i was expecting as they might ask if i need help because Wife was suffering from high fever Conclusion- never going to stay with any treebo hotel especially B continental Thank you B CONTINENTAL for this experience 😏😏...     This by far was one of the worst places that I have stayed at... dirty room, dirty bathroom, noisy air conditioner and breakfast was a joke with half a sandwich and a banana. Thankful that I had to stay here for under 12 hours. Nightmare. Wondering what made Treebo take up this hotel... very very poor... More

    Positives: The room we had was modern, spacious and well decorated and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. Huge shower head with full power and great hot water. The hotel is 5mins walk from Karol Bagh metro station which is really convenient. It was clean and quality for the price! Negatives: we were abruptly woken at 7am each day to ask about breakfast (even when we requested to not be). The breakfast was only one option and terrible (tomato and cucumber sandwich with basically no filling, a banana and tomato sauce!) and they would be better off not including breakfast at all. The menu listed many items but kitchen was closed. Waking guests up that early is inconsiderate and breakfast should be available until at least 9am. The corridors are quite echo-y and very loud when other guests make noise. They were also cluttered at the ends with rubbish and items and needed to be cleaned as this gives a bad impression when first arriving.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
