    I visited this hotel 19th june to 22nd june with my family, during stay i get a family touch from hotel side. Staff was very helpfull,i booked taxi for rohtang pass from reception very reasonable rate rs. 4000.in the market taxi for rohtang pass was getting in rs 7500/- The Food was testy.     This hotel is a hub of unprofessional staff start from reception till the GM. I visited with my family for 2days stay took 3rooms Below are the points to be careful if you visiting 01. No one will be there at reception almost all the time you need to call them from back end office 02. After calling them you won’t see warm welcome by them. No one will greet you even. 03. No security guard no cctv Gate always open anyone can came in anytime of the night. 04. At check in time they will give you water jug and just vanish 05. No extension number, no air conditioning, called room service from mobile ask for menu but they deny to give as they had limited menu copies. 06. Server goof up food order on complain GM Rittam Thakur said ( ab kya karna hai) no apology neither politeness 07. They will not give anything except room ( soap, magazine news paper, toothbrush) NO ROOM SERVICE 08. 3star Hotel which don’t have washroom attach to room it’s on sharing basis. Really wanna know who given this rating to them 09. Person who clean hotel floor stayed on next room to us and they drink in front of my room (in lawn). We found really funny and unprofessional. Being from same profession really feel offended as they spoiling the industry. 10. One good thing like to mention rooms are neat and clean as they newly renovated. 11. No facilities of online or card payment no nearby ATM In conclusion it’s furnished room on rent not the hotel room. One free advise to GM Rittam Thakur sorry and thank you free don’t hesitate to say as these are the weapons for a hotelier to handle guest complaints.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
