    Great villa for big group

    we took the six rooms villa for the 13 of us. the villa is exactly what i've always wanted. there's a separate sound system for indoor and outdoor near the pool so we can have our own 'party' without disturbing those watching television. there's BBQ equipment and supermarket nearby which we bought the groceries and cook our own lunch and BBQ. it was so relaxing, so hotel associates are very helpful and clean. they will also come to prepare breakfast in the morning. would love to come back if i have the chance....     The villa is very beauty and clean, modern decoration, good kitchen ware and gas BBQ stove is excellent. It's really good for us have BBQ dinner in villa. But the weakness is the location, it's so remote and you should rent a car for the trip.... More

    Clean modern villas, well equipped

    Good points: - superb air conditioning - clean pool - well equipped kitchen (comes with stove, dishwasher, some condiments, plates, bowls, utensils - we cooked at least once a day) - large TVs - complimentary bottle of wine - complimentary coffee machine (with good coffee beans) - partly complimentary transportation (see feedback below) - electric BBQ pit - place is perfect for holding poolside parties - there are deck chairs and even stools in the pool for poolside drinking Points for improvement: There is complimentary 1-way transportation out of the villa for a distance no longer than 20 mins travelling time; for shorter distances, if the total journey is not more than 40 mins in total, they will provide 2-way transportation - we think this can be better improved on because each time we travelled out it was hard to get back to the villa and we had to spend about 500 THB to get a Grabcar for the group of 5 of us for a distance of <10 minutes drive. We had gone to other villas where we could give the villa a call and they would fetch us back or they would provide the return journey at an affordable rate. (At Casabay, we were quoted 750 baht for the return journey) The road leading to the villa was steep and we often had to get off the hired cars at the top of the slope to walk back to our villa (not that long a distance but this is a point to note for those travelling with kids and the elderly) - we have heard that they are still improving these roads so hopefully these would be better in time to come. There was no refill of toiletries such as toothbrushes, cotton buds by the housekeeping staff - we were running low on these by the third night. Also, we are not sure why but the water tasted metallic. On the overall, we still enjoyed the stay very much - thank you Casabay Luxury Pool Villas! ... More

    Stayed at a CasaBay villa with my parents and brother and was not disappointed at all! The villa was beautiful, incredibly clean and the staff were all so welcoming and lovely. Would recommend to anyone! One thing I would say to improve the experience would be that the road running up to the villas is really really uneven and rocky. Nevertheless the whole experience was great and can't blame CasaBay for the quality of the road - it is Asia after all.... More

    Great place to stay and relax!

    We recently visited Phuket and stayed at casabay. As a family we look for a nice space, conveniently located with fantastic amenities. Casabay meets all this. The accommodation is new and well equipped. The kids couldn't stay out of the fabulous pool, nor could we! It is well located no more than 20mins from most attractions including the beautiful nai Harn beach. The staff were very attentive to all our needs, made great suggestions for places to see, eat and explore. The week here was very relaxing, made easy by the beautiful accommodation and fantastic service! Thanks very much to the team at casabay!... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
