    Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. First, we were severely overcharged (22 €, terrible, but we couldn't find anywhere else a room). 22 € for a room that had dirty sheets, a used towel with strange red stains on the floor of the bathroom. Also, no breakfast included. The owner also took a picture from us (besides a photocopy of our passports, we realized then that it wasn't obligatory). It made me feel uncomfortable. Also, we ordered food, we asked specifically no spicy, we waited for 45 minutes and they brought all spicy food. We had to ask them to change it please. Then we went to buy chocolate at 23.30hs, and the owner's son appeared in the street with his car to drive us to the hotel because he said we couldn't go out anymore that they where going to close the gate. I repeat, this is a hotel. I can't go out whenever I want??. The next morning the owner helped us to get a good exchange house and kept our luggage safe; despite this I would not come back again. I feel I was severely overcharged. The only star I give is because of an amazing employee there that did not speak English but was the only one that genuinely cared for us (he changed our sheets, changed our spicy food, etc). I feel it was a really bad experience, and I feel they don't care about people, they just want to make money. Don't book here.... More

    It's an average 2-star budget hotel with basic amenities but at a good location. It is just opposite to Chandrashekhar park in the heart of the city. The main market, Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple etc are quite near. The in- house facilities lack as the food is not good. Better to plan your food outside somewhere. Hot water is available but showers are not working. The hotel is clean and has good bedding facilities. The cable TV is available and free Wi-Fi is also good.... More

    Worst service and rude staff & owner behaviour

    i booked this hotel for 3 days and booked almost full hotel but the owner is very rude doesn't care about the guest service issues, few rooms have electricity problem, few wash rooms have earthing problems, so many items we got shocked but he did not repaired it at all ,rooms phones are not working, no cleaning facility available every day. Though i paid him decent tariff ,more than the offered by online apps,owner did not mad available proper services.he drinks publicly every day.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
