    we booked 2 double bed rooms in Babu International for 3nights through Silver Line Tours & Travels.. Their Staffs Behaviour Just Like a Street Dog.. They Even Dont Know how to behave with customers.. Especillay The staff Named "Subrata" He is so Arrogant and rough in nature. they hav a resturant also named "Babumosai".. there they served so poor quality 2days old cooked food.. which was so unhealthy and unhyginic for health... when we complained this all the staffs there created a chaos by using bad languages. so i strongly recommend to all of you to avoid stay in this hotel...     I stayed for 4 day. The hotel is near to the Swargadwar beach. Food served is good in taste but service needs to be prompt. All the rooms have balconies which is a necessity for beach-side hotels. Good for Family and groups.... More

    Attracted by their package we booked 3 rooms from silver line tours and travels.by the booking they have assured that they will give us one western toilet and two Indian toilet as per our requirement. But with a massive shock when we reached the hotel on 13th November 2016 they gave us only one Indian toilet room. Rooms are small, pillow covers were untidy. They told us that we can view the ocean from the window but we found nothing to see except garbages scattered here and there outside. Toilets are OK types. But the restaurant was toooooooo PATHETIC. dishes were just disgusting. They gave us a long menu card but from that they have very little items to served. They can't even cook well. Room service were too worst. Only one maid had visited twice a day with jharu and poccha. Poor maintenance. Staffs are very rude and too lazy. And there were no geysers in the washroom.     We stayed for three days attracted by affordable rates and clean atmosphere. Smiling staff, always willing to help. Spacious room, clean toilets and outstanding food (esp. the pomfret curry). Above all, fast, reliable and free Wi-fi connectivity. You can work and enjoy your holiday at the same time. Location in the quaint PURI--near the beach--makes it a nice abode. Avoid the weekend, take your laptop, work and have stroll by the beach (2-3 minute walk) to rejuvenate. Wonderful experience. Wish to repeat this again in the monsoon. The hotel is very good as well as its location. Food quality is really awesome. We stayed at Executive Deluxe AC rooms which is very good. All staffs at this hotel are very friendly. Behavior of front office staff is very good and I specially recommend Mr. Joydeep who helped us. I enjoyed my stay very much here.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
