    I have stayed in this hotel on a few of my trips, and every time when I check into the room, I have to tell the staff to change the bedsheets, pillow cover, clean around the dust, ask for the wifi password. The rooms have nice furniture, but just not clean. The floors and the bathrooms are always found to be untidy. There are definitely plenty of better hotels around available for same prices. ... More

    I read the reviews about this hotel after my stay and I was surprised to read them. I stayed in this hotel on 11/26-11/28/15. The room was spacious and clean. Although the hot water didn't work. We stayed in winters, so never used AC. But the staff was very courteous, the lift worked fine and we stayed at 3rd floor.Once the flush broke and we called the reception and the person came in less than 5 min. They woke us up for our onward journey as requested. They were also nice enough to arrange the transportation to the station. Food was good, but little expensive. We stayed in double room on the day 1 and the bed was comfortable, but on day 2 bed was little stiff, but my family members had no such complaints. Overall, I can stay at this hotel again.... More

    we stayed in this hotel on way to our Shri Amarnathji yatra the VCH corporation the Delhi based travel agency booked this hotel telling as it is best hotel in Karolbah area but this is near 15- 20 year old hotel lift is not working AC is making noise like a we sleeping near railway diesel engine the lip of AC machine are broken down hot water is not coming properly over all it is bad bad hotel dont stay there even they offer you free also....     My son (22) and I (56) stayed the Baba Continental on 11, 12 and 13 June 2008. We do not recommend the hotel. Very run-down. We were walk-in's, so we took our chances. Air conditioning did not work in the room that was sold to us as being air-conditioned. When we complained the next morning and asked for a new room and a discount on the prior's nights room rate, we were refused. The "included" breakfast was INR 100 extra and could have been bought for much less from a nearby shop (and probably had been by the hotel). Power failed one night, so we listened to the loud generator the rest of the night. The towels were grey with use, stained and made us suspicious of their cleanliness. Sit-down toilet in bathroom but no toilet paper. Hot water only one of the nights we stayed. The internal house phone used by the staff rang loudly next to our room, seemingly incessantly, day and night. We paid INR 1,400 for the first night and INR 1,300 for the second two nights. This price included breakfast. This hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Karol Bagh Metro station, which is absolutely the fastest, least-expensive, most comfortable way to get around Delhi. Skip the bicycle and auto rickshaws. I have traveled to and worked in India since 1973. I expect to be uncomfortable sometimes and to tolerate poor hygiene. This was a very low budget hotel in a neighborhood packed with hotels, several of which nearby appear to be of much better standard for similar money.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
