    Worst Hotel+Worst Food+Worst Service=Avana

    I am writing this review after experiencing the worst experience at the Avana Hotel. We have organised the party at Hotel. But the food served by the hotel was really terrible. All the guest complained about the food but no action has been taken by the management rather full amount has been demanded by the management. The attitude of the Management towards the problem was inappropriate. Food served was spoiled. After seeing the ruthful behaviour from Management, we have decided to file suit. In the Intrest of Public at large, I, therefore, request everyone to take a note of the same and try to avoid such type of hotel.... More

    Normal place to stay. Easily available. On main road, just opposite to vijay dwar, vaishali nagar. But very good staff and good services provide. Food is also good. Recommend to stay. Suggested for family stay also. Rooms are clean . Over all we can say good.... More

    Have no idea where to start from.I generally write about the better things first,but here,nothing was good. We checked in around 6 pm and were denied towels,The reason being "We provide towels only in the morning". After several attempts and requests,we were provided with 2 towels.The towels were torn,dirty and stinky! After few more attempts and requests we were provided with another 2 towels which were already wet! After all this,we were not provided with drinking water,they said they only have RO.After another round of requests,we were provided with Bisleri water bottle! The floor staff was rude!Very rude! This guy named Joginder was rude!very rude!When i asked Joginder for a newspaper,his reply was,"no one reads newspaper in the evening,so we do not have any" After several requests,we were provided with Rajasthan Patrika! The property is difficult to locate,there is a smoking stink 24/7.They do not have non smoking rooms/floors! Property needs to be re-painted asap. TV wasn't working and after a crazy argument with the night manager,we were asked to change the room at 2:00 am,which we obviously did! Bathroom was bad,very small and they do not provide any bathroom essentials except a shampoo pouch! Breakfast was very average with no fruits in the offering. Check in and check out were smooth though. Will i ever go back to this property?"NO" is the answer!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
