    Excellent Experience, Awesome Staff, Good Location

    I had a great experience with them, had booked around 7 rooms, as I was there to attend a function. The Staff Right from the manager Mr. Ankur to other members namely Mr. Aadik, Ms. Bhavika, Mr. Nitin and Mr. Juggal everyone including the support staff were not only courteous and professional in their approach they also were quite helpful they were one of the main reasons that we all had a pleasant stay. I would also like to mention that they accommodated some of our requests and helped us in best possible way. Thank you, Guys, The property The hotel is located on the main road and is close by to two malls. You can get a rick or a taxi easily. The property has a restaurant attached to it named 29, they food out here is good, although some might find it a bit expensive. The hotel is well maintained and is neat and clean. The rooms are specious and the bathrooms are well maintained. Good for families as well as couples. Over All I might be a bit biased for them as I am not able to think of any negative points/cons regarding my experience with them. I do hope that the staff can maintain the same level of courteousness and professionalism.... More

    i had the best experience in medium budget room in Mumbai ; the room was recently refurbished and renovated so the room was fabulous ,the staff present were really very helpful , There was no hassle in checking in ,hospitality was great ,food wasn't a issue as there's a great restaurant downstairs , will look forward to stay at Hotel Aura again ,i recommend this hotel to all ....     We have got accommodation in this hotel while attending relative marriage. They have two entry with very less car parking facilities. ... Rooms have no walls on one side of room,they are separated by wooden partition.In some room flooring are totally damaged,it is under renovation,you can see flooring of rcc in corner of room.curtains are totally dirty.Glass of windows are also dirty,don't when they were cleaned.Bathroom are very unhygienic. We have completed two night stay in very horrible experience. In dining hall there is no basic facilities for breakfast. I will not recommended to anyone to stay,do not go by pictures on Web and app.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
