The one and only good point -location.
For the price I was expecting more. We were taken to our room down a hallway which was being painted at the time. Entering the room it was immediately obvious that the whole hotel needs a serious refurb. All the furniture and walls are marked or scratched and the windows have paint on. We then noticed the toilet cistern leaked onto the floor when we flushed it. In the evening and night a room down the hall were loud as if they were arguing which was amplified as the walls seem to hold in any noise. We asked in the morning at reception if we could ask them to help with the noise if it were to happen again but he simply didn't really seem to care. Another night we found a cockroach at the door of the bed. Night before leaving we were given the bill and I was expected to pay cash as they have no card machine. They tried an app to pay through but it didn't work which meant I had to find an ATM at night. Just don't bother booking, staff didn't seem to bother with thanking me after paying or when we left.
Budget hotel with good amenities and supportive staff ..

booked the hotel in the month of Jan from 9 to 12. rooms were good. staff and manager is really supportive. food was really nice. good location and view available. best of all atms are near by and mall road is at stones throw distance.
good facilities hot and cold water both were available. though the rooms does not have room heaters but one dont need as the hotel is a built near ridge side which makes it safe besides they provide 2 quilts and a blanket. hotel is really clean.
parking is a big problem in Shimla but their is a paid parking just near the hotel. so one dont have to worry about parking.
thanks to the hotel staff for their support. do give it a try it is worth every penny.
the bathrooms were clean and the food is really tasty and at reasonable price.

This hotel is not too far from the Mall and Ridge area. The hotel is quite old, is being run as a typical private company limited. I don't think they are interested in providing good customer service or great ambience, just like the rest 99% of the Shimla hotels who mint money due to the high tourist influx. Overall, no complaints as i got what i expected!!

I had visited hotel on 13 Nov.with my two friends.Rooms are not up to the mark, food quality was so bad,I would not like to visit it again.Wi Fi was not there.Service was so so.I can rate it 1 of 5.I will not prefer to recommend it to anybody.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and everything else did not work out for me. WiFi service inside the room was terrible, the room was little dam as they gave our room in the ground floor and it was a noisy place. It was very difficult to find the hotel's entrance from the main road as no signage was there. When asked the manager about WiFI problem, he just answared that it will be bad inside the room, better use wifi in the lobby !!!! I'll upload the picture of the TV of the room, almost forgot such TV exists and remote control was in way more bad shape. I have asked them to provide a check out receipt for me as sometimes required at border immigration, first they said my voucher should do that work, but when i explained that voucher confirms my booking not my stay in the hotel. then the manager promised to send me my check out confirmation by email and they forwarded the copy of the same booking voucher. A frustrating customer service !!!! In my last trip i have stayed in five different hotels in different locations of India but this was gave me a very bad feeling.
