    It was my bed experience to booking with this hotel . When i arrived to this hotel thy simply denied to give me room . Before booking i had talk with person at his landline no. 01141314134 at 12:34pm on 13/05/17 weather the booking can be done with local id at that time he was saying yes no issue . But after reaching there he denied to give the booked the room. At in emergency we have gone to another hotel. Its totaly non ethical business by this hotel atiti / agoda. I have to gone in mental stress with my serious patient for which i had taken the room. It was highly wrong practices by hotel first thy say yes and latter thy denied to give the room. Immediately take action for this fraud hotel and don't recommendation this hotel to anybody... More

    Would have been 5 star if not for some basic problems

    So location is fantastic , really close to the metro station , right in the heart of south delhi The staff are a mixed bag , Kuljeet the front office manager is brilliant. His frank and friendly nature makes living here a breeze. The night manager sleeps in the front desk area with his smelly socks , creating a stench in the main lobby , which is a HUGE problem. Having said that they are good when it comes to feedback , and fixing things when things are broken. Rashid is great server in room service. The foods a mixed bag, the main chef who cooks at night is proper delhi cook. Finger licking good food. The lunch is average. Would I stay here again , sure , but few personnel changes are recommended if they want 5 star rating Has the basic amenities you would expect in a hotel at this price range. Would recommend it for business travelers who aren't fussy about the little things ... More

    Average stay and poor maintenance

    Located approx 300 m from Kailash Colony metro station, Hotel Atithi is a budget stay which one can choose for transit stay. Rooms are poorly maintained, especially geyser, which I almost skipped several breath when I noticed spark out of the switch. Booked thru cleartrip.com, after reading good reviews and the rate was in my budget, it was really a bad decision. Even though it was clearly mentioned "free breakfast", the reception person said we will get only bread butter and tea / coffee, because it was booked online and if we had booked thru hotel directly, we would get other options in breakfast. I agreed to pay extra. After the spark happened in previous room, we shifted to another room, which was small and the wallpaper teared up. Still we agree because we were out whole day and came back to hotel at night. Even the bed sheets and blankets had dust traces.... More

    Unhygienic Rooms, Bad Management, Poor Service

    It was the worst experience of my life. the hotels bad condition can be gauged from the first time you enter the hotel reception. They dont even have trained staff, probably no waiter/bell boy as well. there rooms are lousy and unhygienic. it is not even a hotel, it is more of a lodge. the room cost was around 3000 bucks, i say you can get much better rooms in the same or lesser cost. the staff does not know how to deal with customers. i would not suggest anyone to rent out this place....     The management of the Hotel Atithi is very bad and cheat. I had that bad experiences on 22nd July 2016.

    The manager of the hotel was asked full payment as an advance and agreed refund balance when time of leaving the hotel, but after two days we asked to check out from the hotel and asked balance from advance. The cheating manager refused to refund the money. we call several officials and try to placed complain to the police. Finally the cheating manager refund the money.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
