    ok, so where do I start... I went with no expectation to this place, and when I reached the lane of the hotel, I was awestruck.. the hotel is a amily run, 250 year old property in Assagao.. close to Anjuna.. The owner - Aaron is one wonderful person, who provided us with all the help from picking us up to arranging vehicle for rent, to suggesting us places... coming to the rooms - they are big and spacious. It is a pleasant stay and gives the feeling of rustic old place which is so soothing... The food is kickass.. make sure to ask for Posco - the chef wonder.. anything he makes is so tasty...from a simple bread toast to jeera rice, fish etc.. If your agenda is to have a calm and serene stay at a very economical price, this is the place to be at!... More

    I want to enquire about rooms,the owners son told me i could get the room for 15k a month,but when I actually went to book the room they quoted triple the price,on the day I went for lunch,the lady owner came to me to sell lottery tkts I bought 8 which were worth 800 rs,after I went their the next time they were unfriendly and only wanted to charge me a high rate.Not a genuine place.And the food is not good.There is construction right in front of the hotel and very noisy from Morning to night Will never go there again....     We chose this hotel mostly because of the reviews , and that was 100% right choice ; family who's running the hotel will make your vacations perfect , they solve all of the complains ; Joslyn you are the best ) Aaron , Mr и Mrs Fonseca , thanks fo everything ) About the hotel No garbage , rooms and territory are super clean ; Rooms are great , simple but great ; nothing special Restaurant is fine , prices are average No problems with the water There are few super friendly dogs on the territory , especially PINKY!!!!) Well , I recommend this hotel 1000%... More

    We travelled as a group of Friends. Had been here last year and was mighty impressed with the hosting. However, this time things flipped. The overall energy wasn't positive. Food and service below par. The rest rooms not that great. Do not think will visit here again.... More

    Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff. from this hotel you can walk to the town of Mapusa, see the Mapusa Market. The beach is about 20 minutes to travel by bus. You can take a bike to rent at the hotel. Big thanks to Aaron, he showed us amazing places in Goa. Be sure to come back again!... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
