    third or forth floor are prefered with your family and children/grand children what a romantic charming bewitching sceneries of entire shimla i am sure you will recharge entire family service like any five star of the TAJ HOTELS OR THE OBEROI HOTELS multicusine restaurant and food prepared by mr ROOPLAL sumtuous and with less spices and less oil speciality all staff is very well trained by mr kamal deewan the pusa trained n five star trained from new delhi who is avaiable 24by7 vintage bar is reopened and you must spend your 2 hours in eve before dinner if you plan to stay for 5 days at least keepit up gen manager......     I stayed at this hotel in June and I must say it is overpriced. The rooms are basic and the hot water is available only in early mornings and late evenings. The food was average. Their services are poor, if we needed something, we had to call a few times. It is very far from Shimla, unlike what they mention online. The wifi never worked, every time I checked with them they had one or the other excuse ready. I booked it through Agoda and I figured they have charged me twice. I have been chasing them for a refund and everyday I am told that they will refund tomorrow- it seems their tomorrow never comes.... More

    The hotel rooms were good, and clean... Rooms service was average....View from hotel window was good....this hotel is little before from shimla on Delhi shimla highway....and it's roadside....no need to walk at all to reach there.... Food was good... More

    There's nothing great to write about this hotel. Rooms are big but utilities were very basic. It's far from Shimla main mall road. Only good part is its on the main road towards Shimla. Room service is poor, maybe because of season time and rush at the hotel. Had to call several times to the reception and room service number to remind about the order or request. Shower knobs were not working as continuously water was falling from the shower when normal tap was opened, plus there was foul smell in the bathroom. Bed linens were not clean and probably not being changed. Don't justify a price of Rs.4500 per night for this 2 Star hotel. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
